Fantastic location, walk to the beech and cafe. 5-10 min drive to Margaret River.Clean, well equipped, free internet. Any problems were attended to immediately. Better than a 5 star hotel! Thank you for inviting us to your Holiday home.

Sunset relaxation

Great location and very clean, well looked after property with owners supplying the little things most people forget when travelling - this made an impression! ;-). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Perfect weekend getaway with the pooch

Great location

Great location, lovely courtyard that was handy for our little dog and would be great for young families. Prevally is stunning. Coffee machine was really appreciated.

Perfect Villa in Perfect Location

Great location

We loved the location, bedroom ocean views and luxurious bath sheets. The kitchen, laundry/second bathroom and kitchen facilities suited us perfectly. Enjoyed the many sitting areas. Outside courtyard peaceful and private. Thanks for having us and our dog. P & M

Perfect

We had the most fabulous week in Prevelly. It’s a lovely property in a genuinely perfect position. I’ve stayed in plenty of small places on the Greek islands and this place does them justice with an Aussie twist. Fabulous for families, we will absolutely be back again.

Greek twist on a down south holiday

Loved the location of this place. Not fancy, but very comfortable, well equipped and light and airy. You could truly relax watching the sunset with a g and t on a little wind protected deck or dine in the garden out the back. A quick stroll to the local cafe or a longer walk to the beach front cafe. Hard to choose each day. Best of all our dog had a wonderful holiday. The dog park and dog beach were only a 5 minute walk away. Great family accommodation at a reasonable price. We will be back.

Lovely house in beautiful location

Prevelly is such a beautiful location and this house takes full advantage of the sea views. Property check in process was easy and accomodation as described. I would recommend the owners looking at the quality of mattresses in the property as they don’t lend themselves to a pleasant nights sleep (they are very thin) but I guess with all to do in and around prevelly and Margaret river it’s best to be up and about anyway. Beach stay

This lovely spot is great when it's hot in the region. The cooling beach is just adjacent. However, be aware that on days of catastrophic Fire weather we found no information provided about bushfire planning and evacuation. We asked at the caravan park and kiosk, but as we are not WA locals were unclear about emergency procedures. There was smoke in the air and we were concerned.

Awesome Accommodation in an Awesome Spot

Out stay at Villa Margarita was amazing. From the start, the prompt and friendly communication with the hosts, Rosemary and Ashley made the entire check in/check out process easy. The apartment itself is exactly as described with amazing areas to sit and chill and enjoy the sea breezes. Beds were super comfy and allowed us to get a good nights sleep after a long day of driving. The area of Prevelly is beautiful and the location provides easy walks to the beach and and is within an short stroll to the local convenience store as well as a local restaurant which boasts incredible food. It is also a great base to go exploring the many wineries of the Margaret River region. I would definitely recommend Villa Margarita to anyone who is looking for a stay in Prevelly.

Underwhelming

Check in was underwhelming and met with hostility when trying to locate the keys. Wifi at the premises was terrible, making it difficult to plan activities during our stay. We ended up leaving a day early.

Hidden delight in Margaret River

A beautiful little villa with a story/ history. Prevelly is an ideal place to switch off from life’s pressures. The villa was perfect for us. The kitchen was just right with the right amount of amenities. The view of the ocean is available from the master bedroom but to be honest, the property is 3 minutes from the beach/ surfers point so views in person are easily available and it’s only a short walk to local cafes and the local shop (which sells quite delicious Preveli wines). This property is a mere ten minute drive from central Margaret River if you would like a little more action. The wineries a maximum of 20 mins drive away.. We like to be out and about with our pooch, who was also welcomed at the property. Luna the Labrador was welcomed at the Sea Garden Cafe in Prevelly and The White elephant cafe a 15 minute walk away. You canalso google other Margret River dog friendly places- there are quite a few. ( but not Vasse Felix...) A quick vacuum and a tidy as we were leaving made this a perfect dog lovers retreat!! Nice laundry facilities too for those longer or wetter weeks!! Thank you Ashley and Rosemary! Communication and requests were proactively managed. They were helpful but not intrusive, just the right balance for us. We will return. Highly recommended and much appreciated.

Great location

Prevelly is a lovely place to stay, great access to beaches, wineries and other tourist attractions like Hamelin Bay and Borunup. The Villa Margarita has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A Piece of Greece in Prevelly

The large apartment is full of character while also being quite comfortable (though bathrooms are small). Plenty of spaces to enjoy company or privacy and chase the sun or shade.

Our Greek Feel Getaway by the sea

We loved our stay at the Mediterranean apartment. It gave us some nostalgia of our time in Europe, it was close to the sea and it had everything we needed to be comfortable. We stayed in winter with our bikes, which we were able to store safely in the garden area. We would love to stay again in the summer where we could utilise the inviting outdoor area. We would highly recommend the apartment and our hosts.
