5 stars - spectacular

My husband and 2 girls stayed in this beautifully appointed and super clean apartment ! Beds very comfortable - we cooked a few meals and the kitchen was great with everything you could possibly want in a kitchen. Can't top the location - right on top of the beach front with spectacular views over the mediterranean sea. It was a pleasure just to sit on the balcony and look out at all the yachts and swimmers. For Shopping and eating out we were also spoilt for choice, great markets and vineyards! WE shall certainly be back!

Fantastic Apartment in a Lovely Location.

We have just got back from a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. It is light and airy, clean and tidy. We spent many happy hours on the balcony reading and watching the world go by. The small beach opposite is a wonderland for snorkelling and it doesn't get too busy. Market day in Saint Aygulf is well worth a visit too. It takes about 20 minutes to walk up the smaller road which runs parallel to the main road. We really didn't want to come home and will definitely be back.....soon.

Traumhafte Ferien

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung man fühlt sich sofort wie daheim, sämtliche praktische Einrichtungen sind vorhanden, Heizung wirkungsvoll, Betten und Sofa bequem, Internet, TV und Netflix toll. Super Meersicht von der Wohnung aus und direkt an der Hauptstrasse und somit alles gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir waren vier Wochen in den Wintermonaten in dieser tollen Wohnung, Wir liebten das naheliegende riesige Wandergebiet zu Fuss oder mit Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einkauf und unser Lieblingsrestaurant La Maison, Strände und Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besten Dank für den perfekten Service von Suzie.

Logement très bien situé, à partir duquel on peut se rendre à pied sur deux plages différentes, ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. Le seul souci est le bruit occasionné par la route qui passe entre l'immeuble et la mer, route très passante, y compris la nuit.

Een net appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht! 2 weken erg genoten. Alles is aanwezig. Het appartement is wel gehorig en wij vonden het wat ver van het echte centrum vandaan liggen. Verder zeker een aanrader!!

Wir haben eine tolle Wo che in Les Issambres verbracht

TOP Vermieterin! Alles war sehr gut durchorganisiert. Wir hatten eine nette Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und gaben uns gerne Auskunft. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings vor dem Haus tummelten sich ständig Leute. Vor dem Appartementblock befinden sich diverse Abfallcontainer. Uns hat das zwar nicht weiter gestört, ganz im Gegenteil. Vom Balkon aus gab es sehr viel zu beobachten. Hinzu kommt auch noch, dass genau dort ein HOT SPOT eingerichtet ist wo man Internet bzw. Telefonempfang hat. Dadurch kam man sich abends wie in einer Großstadtmetropole vor. Das Ganze gestaltete sich für uns wie ein großes Theaterstück mit Logenplätzen. Echt toll! Die Umgebung war sehr schön. Wir erkundeten immer wieder sehr schöne Strände und wir fanden tolle Restaurants. Alles in allem: ein richtig schöner Urlaub zu viert. Leider zu kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber.Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nachbarin ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn man fragen hat. Aussicht ist wunderschön aber liegt genau an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße und 4 Wertstoffkontainer zum entsorgen des Müll stehen auch sichtbar vom Balkon entfernt. (Morgens und abends sehr störend.Haben einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht

Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer.

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Suzie. Hat immer sofort und gut reagiert. Sehr nette Nachbarin Nelly, die uns das deutsche Fernseh einstellte. Allmorgendlich Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Wohnung prima ausgestattet mit wirklich allem. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, auch ein zweites mal dort zu wohnen. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Apartment war liebevoll und hervorragend ausgestattet.

Alles was man sich wünschen könnte war vorhanden. Wie hatten noch nie so ein sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Die Lage war super und der Kontakt hervorragend. Wir werden garantiert nochmal dort hin fahren.

Absolutely fantastic!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the apartment!! It was perfectly situated 50 meters from the ocean. We especially loved having dinner on the balcony, from where we had a great seaview. Sensationeller Urlaub

Waren Ende August, Anfang September für zwei Wochen in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement. Schon vor der Anreise hatten wir per Mail einen super freundlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Sie gab uns viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub, was uns eine grosse Hilfe war. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir ganz herzlich von der Nachbarin in Empfang genommen. Ganz tollte Menschen. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was wir wollten: Küche, grosser Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und vor allem der Balkon mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer. Einfach ein Traum. Wir hatten zwei geniale Wochen dort und kommen so schnell wie möglich wieder :-) Danke und liebe Grüsse Jessi, Marcel und Lina

Fantastic Apartment in a beautiful Location

We have just returned from a week's holiday in this lovely, well appointed apartment. The view is amazing and we spent many hours on the balcony watching the world go by. We spent a great day in St. Tropez having got the 'bateau vert, from Les Issambres port. We then took the bus back all the way to the apartment. The local shop was great and sold everything we needed for a week. 'Le Windy' bar and restaurant was lovely too. We loved the beach opposite the apartment and having bought a snorkel and mask a whole new world was opened up to us. We really didn't want to come home and will be back....soon.

Lovely spot opposite the beach

What a great spot - near enough to the attractions of the French Riviera while having the benefit of a peaceful location. The view is fantastic and the owners friend (who is the meet and greet person) lives 2 doors away in the same block so there is always someone on hand to help. This was especially good for us as one of us had a broken foot. This lady made numerous trips to source us a wheelchair to use for the week we were there - she was absolutely fantastic. Parking is right outside the block - the apartment is one the top floor (up 2 floors) and has only one neighbour so it is very peaceful. Everything needed is there but you will need a car to visit a supermarket - there is a small one in the village nearby but for a greater selection there is an enormous facility in the main shopping centre, about a 10 minute drive.

I´m a keen host on Abritel, only happy when my guests are happy and loving to share my knowledge of France with my them, I will always do everything i can to make your stay as perfect and as comfortable as possible.

I enjoy traveling and meeting different cultures, also enjoy sports, am dotty on all animals !

Very well situated only 45 mins from Nice airport,15 mins from the TGV station and the car-train at St. Raphael. For a beach holiday or winter break with easy access to St. Tropez, Cannes or the ski slopes, Italy or Monte Carlo you really can't do better!
Also excellent wines, you can go for wine tasting in the provence area which is a load of fun.

Fabulous position for this apartment opposite the bay of St. Tropez, amazing sun rises guaranteed, the cliffs of the esterel opposite are deep red with the sun sets every evening, lots of yachts and nautical activity going to and fro, easy airport access and of course the amazing weather and transparent warm sea makes it a must!
Lots of excellent restaurants in the area, a selection of restaurant visit cards in the apartment - all tested!
