Great house which is just around the corner from the beach

We had an amazing three night stay down at Denhams beach. It was two families with young kids (2 and 5) plus one dog and this house had everything we needed. It's just a short walk from the dog friendly beach, is fully fenced and well equipped.

Denhams Beach

The house is easy to find and so close to the beach. It is a fun house and not too fancy but still fancy enough for price. You feel relaxed and comfortable the minute you walk in. Lots of room too. Good backyard. Perfect for a family or a group of friends.

Comfy house, great beach

The house was great and fully equipped to make our trip very fun and comfy with 4 little kids and 2 dogs. The upstairs room did get quite hot during the 30 degree plus days and no air conditioning was challenging, but downstairs stayed quite cool. Backyard great for dogs and little kids. Beach a blissfully short walk and also great for dogs and little kids. Overall, we had a great time with our group of 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs.

Dolphin View is perfect

The owners are very kind and considerate. The house is very close to the beach, with views. The house itself is very flexible and the kids loved it. Definitely a go-to now!

Bateman's Bay Beaut

My wife and I couldn't find a single fault with this holiday stay. Everything went smooth as clockwork with securing the property, communicating with Brad and checking in. The house was very clean when we arrived and is a pretty amazing property. Every room has it's own unique feel and atmosphere... not that we needed to use every room. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking gear and there is a surprisingly large selection of DVDs and books available. Nearby beaches are a plenty (some more dog friendly than others) and Bateman's Bay central is only five or so minutes away by car. The neighbours are pretty friendly, too. If you're staying and see them... say hi!

Such a great property

We had a wonderful time. Heaps of room and a great backyard for the dogs. A 3 minute walk to the part time dog beach and 3 minute drive to the 24 hour dog beach. Would definitely book again. Thank you Brad for hosting us.

Wonderful property, we loved it

This is a wonderful property and we loved our stay. Spacious and so very comfortable - it has everything you could need. We loved the games, books and DVDs. Denhams Beach is a lovely place and this was a great location.

Great well equipped home locatedclose to beach

We are a family of 4, our offspring being aged 22 and 25. We had 2 adult friends stay for a few days too. We have loved Denhams Beach for years, this our first stay at Dolphinview. It was a very comfortable homely home with great amenities, including board games, DVD's, books etc. There was lots of space for us all. Thankyou

Fabulous views & Well Presented

Clean, neat and tidy. Bed linen was lovely and bedrooms were spacious. Living area were very comfortable- great place to chill. Walking distance to beach. Highly recommend.

Great property

This was our second stay in this fabulous house with plenty of room for three generations of our family and our two small dogs. Really close to the beach and with ocean views from the upstairs balcony. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location big house everything we needed

Ideal location, everything you’d want and a cosy big lounge and dining room. Great for drinks on the deck and walks on the beach. House was big enough for 6 adults although I wouldn’t rely on the ‘4th bedroom with double bed’

Fantastic stay.

Relatively old house but very beautifully presented. The room were much bigger and nicer than the photos we had seen online. Very nice deco and cosy feel. There were some minor issues but overall very happy with the stay.

Great family house

So Peaceful

Loved the property and location, so close to the beach. Had such a restful and peaceful time. Thanks so much to the owners for making our 35th wedding anniversary very special. The dog had the best time too. Will recommend.

Denhams Beach holiday

This house is an old house, but clean, with all the basic essentials for a beach holiday. The location is fantastic, an easy short walk to Denhams Beach, that even our 3yr old granddaughter could manage. The backyard is secure with a low maintenance garden, which was perfect for our small dogs. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Loved it!

We loved our stay. Lovely bright comfortable house, where everything is thought of (including beach umbrellas and hats!), lovely safe yard for the dogs, 2 decks, every utensil you can think of in the kitchen, and a dishwasher (essential for lazy holidays!). It’s 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach, and a 3 minute drive to the nearest 24 hr dog friendly beach (the nearest beach allows dogs before 9am and after 5pm). Brad was friendly and responsive to our questions. Go ahead and book it!

Excellent property

Good location. Very close to beach. Quiet. Lots of space in the house. Clean, well stocked with basics like coffee and tea. The back of the house was lockable/screened off so our dog could stay outside the whole time without getting out. Close to all takeaways and small supermarket. All Good.

A very pleasant stay overall

The property was impeccable in its maintenance and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped and Brad was very welcoming of any requests that we put forward. If at all there was a downside, it was the Telstra FON Wifi Hotspots - we did end up purchasing the FON package for 5 days but there were no hotspots in and around the property - which made the task of engaging the children a little hard, but at the same time, it also provided an opportunity to stay away from devices and engage them on other activities. The beach nearby was not so neat, however the surf beach, which was only a 5 minute drive from this place, was amazing - we did utilise the one sunny day during our stay by making maximum use of the beach.

Nice House in a Beautiful Location

Very comfortable house in an amazing location on the south coast. Hosted myself and 5 friends with ease. Would definitely recommend!
