At Ocean Grove Holiday House, guests will feel welcome and relaxed in this spacious, 4 bedroom, 2 living area Holiday Home. Quality facilities & amenities provided, a real home away from home. The large balcony at the rear provides an elevated view of the surrounding area and a glimpse view of the Ocean out from the Port Phillip Bay entrance. The balcony is perfect for Alfresco dining with the BBQ & outdoor setting, just a few steps away from the Kitchen. Or just relax and enjoy the peaceful setting around you with the chattering and singing birds. If you bring your binoculars You can WATCH THE SHIPS sailing out to sea throughout the day, and also at night. There are many large Ships coming & going, the occasional ocean cruise liner, and the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry sails out of the bay twice daily. Its a magic sight lit up at night.

Inside the home is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Suitable for 3 Couples or 2 Families with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms plus a Powder room. There is 2 separate Living area's with TV's/DVD's, and a Table tennis table downstairs in the Garage. The house is fully furnished with modern tasteful decor, and a beach theme. There are 3 split system Air Conditioners, Fans, Gas Heating and a Cozy Log fire. So it's well equipped for both Summer and Winter making it easy to relax & enjoy all year round.

SCHOOLIES & YOUNG GROUPS: As the property is in a quiet street amongst permanent residents, it is not suitable for Schoolies bookings and Young Groups.
PETS: Ocean Grove Holiday house is a pet free property. Pets are not allowed inside or outside.
WIFI: A limited wifi is available it’s suitable for watching your Netflix etc, emailing and some browsing, however not suitable for downloading or uploading to Tic Toc and heavy data use.
LOCATION: See the Map. Ocean Grove Holiday House is located in Barramundi Cres, Ocean Grove in a quiet street amongst permanent residents. 1km to the local Beach for a walk along the sand, and only a few minutes drive to the Main Surf Beach where there are Lifeguards on duty all Summer. The Bellarine Indoor Pool, Gym, Skate park, local Tennis courts and sports facilities are only 2 blocks from the house. Its only a 15 minute walk to the Main shops, Restaurants & Cafes in The Terrace and you can enjoy the fabulous ocean views along the way.
If you enjoy walking on the beach it's about a 45 minute walk round trip, down to the local beach along the sand to the Main Beach & Dunes Cafe (enjoy breakfast, coffee, lunch or dinner) and return to the house via the main street the Terrace.

OCEAN GROVE is a small seaside town with beautiful ocean scenery, located on the Bellarine Peninsula about 20 minutes drive from Geelong City and 1.5hrs from Melbourne. Its a very popular Beach holiday destination with its safe surf beaches, variety of water activities, fabulous cafes, restaurants, wineries, markets and many amazing local attractions that promise to delight and entertain all visitors to the area. Outdoor Entertaining area - Large elevated Balcony, Ocean View Watch the Ships, Gas BBQ & 6 seat outdoor setting.
Laundry - Washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.
Main Bathroom - Shower, Vanity & Full sized Bath.
Separate Toilet.
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, king doona. Ensuite with Shower, Vanity & Toilet. Outdoor Balcony.

2nd Living Area - Comfy couch 42” HD TV / DVD.
2nd Outdoor area - Paved area shaded by the above deck with outdoor setting, adjoins back yard lawn area.
Back Yard - fully fenced, lawn area & basketball ring. Clothes line.
Garage - Table tennis table plus undercover parking for 1 car.(There is direct access into the garage from the 2nd Living area).

LINEN / BEDS
All sheets and bedding is supplied. BYO TOWELS Guests provide their own bathroom towels.

All beds have good quality bedding and large sized Doonas for your comfort. In Summer we provide cool cotton doonas, and for the cooler months there are Winter Doonas, Blankets and Electric Blankets on all the beds.

DETAILS:
A Great Holiday House or retreat for couples or families. A Clean, very well presented 4 bedroom Holiday Home, with a bright fresh atmosphere and tastefully decorated with a beach theme and modern furniture throughout. Elevated at the rear catching the ocean breeze on the large outdoor balcony with distant views and a glimpse of the Ocean out from the Rip (Port Phillip Bay entrance). So you can sit back relax with breakfast, BBQ or few quiet drinks on the balcony.

The Beach theme decor throughout the house includes Sea Shells, Fish, Lighthouses and Ships. There are beautiful pictures including local scenes of Point Lonsdale Lighthouse, Queenscliffe Pier, Boats and Beach Huts. Also Ken Duncan's magnificent print 'Beautiful Day' featuring Ocean waves rolling onto the sandy beach is mesmerising above the Main Queen bed.

Heating & Cooling:
The home is well equipped for Summer & Winter with 3 split system Airconditioners 2 in the living areas, 1 in Main Bedroom, 3 portable Fans, 2 Rinnai Gas Heaters, one in the lounge and one downstairs in the 2nd Living/Bedroom area. There is also a Gas Log Fire in the family/dining area, so its warm and cozy in the winter.

The rear yard is fully fenced, has a basketball ring and a lawn area big enough for badminton. Enjoy a game of Table tennis in the garage, and there is also a community oval just around the corner if you like to kick the footy. The Community area includes tennis courts, a childrens playground, skate park, Gym and the Bellarine Indoor Pool, all within a short stroll from the house.

COMPLIMENTARY EXTRA'S provided for guest use include: 2 small body boards & wetsuits, sand bucket & spades, tennis racquets, table tennis bats, books, board games and a selection of popular DVD's.

PARKING: Off street parking in the garage for 1 car and on street parking for 2 cars.

Ocean Grove Beach is a very popular Family Holiday destination (Lifesavers on duty over Summer), Swim, Surf, Windsurfing, Kite flying. Surf lessons available.
