Everything with this house was perfect. It was clean and the living room was very comfortable. It was a short drive away from restaurants as well.

The house was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and there was plenty of coffee (k-cups). The setting was really nice with nothing but forest behind the house. Saw a bunch of deer and turkeys.

Well-equipped home in a great location! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the morning to watch for deer. Local hikes were nice. The house is clean and has everything you need. Pictures are accurate. Thanks for a great weekend in the woods!

Cozy place with great mountain views

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. The views of the sunset over the mountains were a highlight, as were all the whitetail deer. The cozy gas fireplace, not real, was also nice. The beds were comfortable & we loved being able to bring my dog along. The house was clean, but dusty. For those looking forward to a bath, the bathtub stopper is broken. The other thing to be aware of is the neighbors 3 doors down are flying a large conferate flag(in N. Pa!). There's a big Shop Rite & cute restaurants, just 15-20 minutes away. Oh & it's flat, no stairs, so my mom loved that!

Wonderful gem of a house and atmosphere!!

I cannot recommend this Poconos gem enough! The 3-bedroom, 2 full-bathroom house was perfect for our family getaway, offering a cozy yet spacious interior with all the comforts of home. We especially loved that it was dog-friendly—our pups had the time of their lives watching the deer grazing in the front through the large bay window.The amenities were top-notch, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The propane fireplace was a standout feature – so simple to use, and it created such a cozy atmosphere after long days of snow and waterpark adventures. The owners thought of everything, from a well-stocked kitchen to lots of games that kept us entertained in the evenings.The location is ideal with gorgeous unobstructed views of the wooded valley and the stream below. In the gated neighborhood, the houses have plenty of space between them, so you do not feel like your neighbor is right up against you. Even in the winter you can not see any other homes looking off the back deck. It was such a peaceful and relaxing setting.We can’t recommend this house enough. Sally (the host) was quick and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She is so sweet, she even messaged to advise us that she heard the roads were not ideal in the neighborhood during the winter storm we experienced overnight while there. We had such a wonderful time, the next time we visit the Poconos, we’ll consider staying here again!!

Weekend escape from DC

The house is cute! Clean & comfortable. Sally the host is fantastic communicator :) The neighborhood is gated and quiet & private We enjoyed the wild life in the yard, I counted 30+ deer and 2 dozen huge turkey! My dog loved watching the squirrels out the front bay window. Pub up the street was good, there is an ice cream shop too! Only down fall was the location… 30 minutes from most of the busier town (restaurants & grocery) All in all a great stay:)

Perfect Little Getaway

We had a blast. The setting is perfect, and it's so quiet. Everything looked even better than the pictures. There's lots to do in the community, and of course, all the outdoor activities of the Poconos. Rained really bad the first two days, but even that didn't dampen our spirits, because the next five were ideal. And the doggos loved it. Highly recommended.

Cute little cottage

We had a wonderful time enjoying the peace and quiet of Sally's cottage. The two decks are perfect for spending time outside in the summer and we even used the gas fireplace once or twice on chilly mornings. On hot days we walked up to the hill to the pool and were able to get some exercise that way. We saw more deer than we could count! Everything was just right. Sally, the owner, was super responsive and a very nice person. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Sally's place is perfect if you are looking to "get away from it all" with family or by yourself. In my case, I stayed nearly three months finishing a book I was working on. The home is clean, with all the amenities you need. The gas fireplace is terrific, just set the thermostat and it pops on. The neighborhood is very quiet, with deer and turkey that are always about and enjoyable to watch. I enjoyed frequent walks. There are gas stations, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, convenience stores, and a few pizza places about 5-10 minutes away. There's a huge Stop Rite about 20 minutes away that has anything you might need. Sally is highly accessible and helpful if you ever need her. Hope to stay here again soon.

Great family getaway

We pulled up to Christmas lights on the porch. Kids were do excited. There was a Christmas tree in the living room with lights. Are time spent there was great. Lots of wildlife!! Close to great wolf lodge and other places the kids enjoyed. The property had all the amneties. We will definitely come back!!

Great stay in the mountains

Would definitely rent again. Owners left us everything we needed. House was very nice and cozy. Perfect mountain getaway. Centrally located to most resorts and things to do.

Fantastic Week Away!

We stayed a week in August and it was absolutely perfect! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. We brought our Great Dan puppy and enjoyed lots of walks, seeing all the deer (SO many deer!!!). Sally was a pleasure to work with!

Great location!

What an amazing location. Wildlife everywhere, and a beautiful deck to enjoy it from! House has everything you need! Skylights in the living room provide light, truly amazing! I can’t say enough!

Family Getaway

Nice, relaxing family getaway in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys that strolled through every day. Great location for everything we planned, lots of hiking trails to choose from.
