This property is very convenient to anywhere you go on any part of Metro Manila and nearby cities or far distant provinces of the Philippines because transportations that connect you to those places are all nearby this place. We are at the center where shopping mall and everything you need is just accross the building. When you go to the north, south, east or west of Manila there is a nearby train stations that you can easily access. Transportation is not a problem If you want to go to a recreational areas, bigger malls, Makati, Cubao, Luneta, mega mall, Mall of Asia just take the train and no traffic. International Airport can be reached for a taxi or for a bus. If you intend to study for short or long term, a lot of Universities nearby the building and a hospital too. Mezza 2 building was designed not only for students but for travellers.

The building has a unique design that I like that I didn't see from other condos. The beautiful lounge where you can socialize people and to enjoy the scenery of the views can be found on the top floor. There's also a function room in it.
