Our stay was 10/10 had everything you could need the pool was amazing the dock worked perfect for the boat which was a 28ft center console plenty of depth and easy in and out for the boat easy access to the river caught several from the dock the house was amazing big enough and had plenty of room for a family of 6 we didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful home on the canal.It is a spacious 4 bedroom home equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood perfect for exploring with the bikes provided. We especially loved the pool.Would definitely stay again!

Great property! Loved the outdoor area. There was some outdoor furniture missing from the listing pics. Bill the owner was very helpful, and was great at communicating. EVOLVE property managers scammed me out of a lot of money with their hidden fees- BEWARE!

Absolutely perfect!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! My boys spent most of their day rotating from fishing, to kayaks, to the pool! Beds were comfy and so many comforts of home were provided! Thank you for offering such a wonderful vacation spot!!

Canal front living

This Canal front home was a perfect escape for our family. The home was very clean and full of all essentials you could possibly need. The owners did an excellent job providing many entertainment options for us to use during our stay. For example fishing poles, bicycles, kayaks and pool floats. We spent a majority of our time on the back porch, in the swimming pool and fishing off the dock. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days and easily docked it at the house. We were all so very comfortable in this home and we can’t wait to come back.

Amazing!

This home was absolutely wonderful for our family vacation. We were able to rent a boat and keep it right at the house tied up to the huge dock. The kids were even able to catch a few fish in the canal. The house had everything for the perfect beach day or just hanging out relaxing by the pool. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect family vacation rental.

We had a great stay at this rental. The weather was perfect and the house was about as well-equipped as any we have ever stayed at before. The listing pictures and descriptions are accurate. The check-in process was smooth. Overall, excellent. We would rent here again.

This is our second stay at this beautiful Cape Coral home! We love the location and that the house has so many amazing amenities. Fabulous experience

We couldn't think of a better house, host, location or experience for our family getaway. The quality of the furniture, dishes, appliances, everything really, made this house stand out from so many others I have stayed in. Our host was always available to talk and answer questions. The extras that were provided really amazed me. You can see the care that went into the home and it's contents. We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!

Overall, the house was as advertised. The communication with Bill and his wife was exactly what one would expect. Check-in was easy and the house was very clean. We had a few issues with the stay and the owner responded quickly and appropriately. The location on the canal was awesome. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, and fishing gear that was kept in the garage. We had plenty of utensils to cook dinner for 6. The pool was a good size for the house. We would recommend staying at this property.

Rent this for your family!

We couldn’t be happier with this house and how accommodating it was for our family. They had everything you needed to cook meals in the kitchen, enjoy the dock with the fishing poles and chairs provided out back, there were beach towels, a cooler and beach toys to use for trips to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach which weren’t too far of a drive. Overall we had a great trip and we thank the Boland family for their hospitality.

Very Nice Vacation

My wife, 9 month old, and I were looking to get out of the snow for a week and just needed a nice, clean house and a pool. We found this listing and it ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was well kept and heated. It was the perfect vacation and we'll look to return next year ( or maybe in a couple months if we get the itch again.) Not that we needed anything but Bill ( the host) was also easily accessible and a joy to deal with. We would highly recommend the property.

BEST house for a big family.

First let me start by saying how CLEANED this place was. Every room was extremely clean. That’s an absolute must and the standards were definitely met. Bill and Carol place was family friendly. They had just about everything you would need for kitchen basics, bathroom, pool, entertainment. They had stuff for the beach if you wanted a beach day. I do wish that they had dressers, small trash can and TVs in each bedroom but that’s understandable. Something you can definitely go without. We left some pool toys behind for the next guest. The kitchen window that opens up to the patio is great! Such a perfect & cute idea for entertaining. It’s perfect for two people or a big family of 8. Don’t wait any longer and purchase this rental! I’m going to highly recommend Bill and Carol happy place to many people who want a relaxing vacation. We hope we get to enjoy this place again in the future.

Excellent Location & Great Property

The house was amazing. From the heated pool to the extra kitchen items (foil pans, seasoning, cleaning supplies) that were there made all the difference. Plenty of towels for use and washer/dryer available was Benyond wonderful. Loved not having to worry about losing a key for the door, code was much easier! Highly recommend and will use again. Bill was a pleasure to speak with and he answered all our questions.
