Mountain Getaway

Kim is great with communication and made us feel at home right away. There wasn't a thing missing that didn't help us enjoy our stay(kitchen components, laundry, outdoor space and on and on). The screened in room is great for coffee and eating. Great community as well: numerous pools to choose from and activities to do.

Family getaway to the Poconos

We absolutely loved staying here! The property was beautiful and great for our family. It was a quiet, clean, and a relaxing home and had everything we needed! It felt like a home away from home. There pools, park, and ponds were farther away than we anticipated so we had to drive 5-10 minutes from the house. But easily accessable and still very fun! Very thankful for our time here. It was a blessing!

Great communication with owner and quickly addresses issues

Liked the place, the location and the cabin. The owners are great and were in constant communication when we needed them. Only negative is that they knew the shower did not work and the hot water was not working properly from the last guest and it wasn't fixed before we arrived and they didn't inform us ahead of time. Otherwise, great experience!

Hi Jay, I am very glad you enjoyed your stay. I did come over personally with my husband to rectify the shower issue. I had my maintenance man go to fix the shower the day he was there to plow for the snow storm. Unfortunately, he did not get it fixed before your arrival as was unable to communicate with me as he was still out plowing driveways. Thankfully, your wife let us get in to do the repair!

Our stay

Place was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space. We had many grilled dinners out on the porch. You had to drive to all of the community amenities which was a little inconvenient but didn't at all ruin the trip. It was hard to get into a pool on a busy holiday which was expected. But we finally found room for a quick dip. House had everything we needed to keep us happy and comfortable. Thanks.

Thanks for visiting, and glad you enjoyed! If your kids would like to learn how to ski, the slope in the community with chair lifts and all rentals is terrific. For more advanced, Shawnee is 15 minutes away. Do come back!
