Great location!!! We rented bikes for a few days and biked everywhere (we were able to store them in the garage) The house was perfect for my family while we were in Santa Barbara for a wedding. It had everything we needed and then some. The grounds were awesome- even a lemon tree!

Weekend getaway

Great location! We loved waking to State Street, restaurants, Funk Zone, Beaches. House is dated but clean. Beds not comfortable. Bathrooms very tight. It’s a nice spot for a weekend.

Wonderful location!

We had a great stay in SB, being able to walk to the pier/beach and great restaurants! Beautiful cottage to come back to and relax.

Beautiful Home

Excellent property. Only downside is it is an older house and a door got stuck open on the first day that could not be fixed. This apparently has been an issue in the past. They remedied the situation with a privacy curtain. Communication was great.

A great week

This house was exactly as advertised. It is in a perfect location, with easy walking access to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. It is well furnished and provided everything we needed.

Terrific spot!

Lovely home in West Beach area within easy walking distance of fun spots in Santa Barbara: beach, wharf, waterfront, restaurants, Funk Zone, etc. Place is very well equipped and maintained with lovely patio and deck. We made good use of both. Definitely recommend staying here.

Location and home were great. We had an issue that the place wasn’t clean when we arrived. After some back and forth with the management company, cleaning people arrived and worked quickly. There was some sort of mixup between the company and the owners. We were only mildly inconvenienced but we are lucky we arrived right at checkin time and not later so we could get it resolved by the early evening.

Juniper Cottage stay

We loved our long weekend stay at Juniper Cottage. The place itself is very well maintained and has everything and more for an extended visit. And, it’s so quiet! Although it is merely steps to the beach, the neighborhood is residential and family friendly. We will definitely be back!

Santa Barbra Gem

The home's location is fantastic! It's near the beach, pier, restaurants and shopping mall. We didn't have to drive too far for other family activities in the area. The neighborhood where the house is located is noticeably quiet and calm. We were so relaxed and enjoyed our weekend vacation! The house is fantastic, the management very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay at this home when traveling to Santa Barbra on our next vacation.

Great property in amazing location

House was perfect and well-equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy. The location was ideal. Really close to the beach, and a short walk to State Street. The outdoor space was great for our 1-year-old. Amazing experience all around!

Glorious Jupiter Cottage

I could just move into this cottage! Absolutely charming and nestled in a quiet neighborhood! All the amenities and comfort you could ask for! All within walking distance to pubs, restaurants and the pier! The property management were so kind and helpful too ! Thank you so much!

Family Spring Break in Santa Barbara

Our multi-generation family loved staying in this house in the West Beach area. It was so close to the beach, marina, wharf and State Street. We loved walking to Jeannine's for breakfast and Brophy Brothers for dinner. The house provided comfortable beds and indoor living space along with front yard and back yard outdoor living space. Both the indoor and outdoor tables provided us with enough room for our family to dine and play games. It was too cool for us to spend very much time on the beach but the beach gear was at the house if we would have needed it. We had a great time staying at this home.

We had such a great stay at this property. The location was outstanding and the house was perfect for our group. Close to literally EVERYTHING. We did not have to use our rental car at all!!!!!

Beautiful

The house and property are beautiful and clean and it has every amenity you may need. The beds are so comfortable and everyone slept great!! The location is perfect; close to restaurants, bars, shopping, train station, ocean, Funk Zone and State Street. Santa Barbara did not disappoint!

Beautiful home in great location

We had such a wonderful weekend at the Juniper Cottage! The location is perfect for walking down to the beach, to State street for shopping and to the harbor! The home is lovely, had all the items we needed and we loved the front area with the table. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home in great location

Lovely place to stay. Photos are accurate. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, dishes, etc. Only thing missing was a cocktail shaker. (ha!) Had a little issue and maintenance was there quickly to resolve it. Well managed property with good communication by staff. Highly recommend the property.

Beautiful home!

My family and I loved the Juniper cottage for my birthday weekend! All ages enjoyed the perfect location and it was a quick walk to the train station. The kitchen was so well-stocked and so organized! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a trip to Santa Barbara

The house was just as advertised. It was comfortable for two couples. It was well stocked so we didn’t have to buy every little thing. The location could not better! Two blocks to the beach and a few more to the heart of the Funk Zone. If you like walking, you can walk up to the courthouse easily.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Juniper Cottage. The management was friendly and quick to respond to a few inquiries about battery replacements and internet resetting. We will definitely be back!

An amazing girls getaway!

We had a great time at Juniper cottage, it fit all six of us comfortably and the property management team was very communicative & receptive. It's located walking distance to everything, was clean and had everything we needed! Can't wait for a return trip!
