プロパティは、2階建て、4ベッドルーム、2バスルーム、素晴らしいパノラマの海の景色を眺めることができるモダンな家です。

2 weeks vacay in Busselton area.. 44 Spinnaker was a lovely spot to spend Xmas and new year.. spacious, well appointed, with all you would need in the kitchen.. Harry was a delight to liaise with and he was quick to fix a ac problem we had.. having The Deck marina restaurant at your doorstep was a plus.. food good and great value. Definitely a place to return to if in Busselton again.

Birthday Retreat Celebration

We all had a amazing time for a long weekend get away. It was a great location with fantastic views, very specious, warm and had everything you need. Even catered for taking all our dogs with a lovely outside garden with BBQ. We will defiantly be back again :o) x

Very great full to the host for allowing us to checkin early Home us situated in a lovely position A few house keeping items: Gas bayonet near bbq needs to be looked at we could smell gas Bottom fly wire doors were placed on upside down and inside out Upstairs fly wire doors were off the railing Fan in second bathroom not working 2nd drawer handle on bedside table in main bedroom needs tightening Disappointing there was no wifi considering most appliances require this it didn’t help that Telstra decided to do an upgrade grrr Another suggestion is to please please provide a coffee pod machine and or a plunger as we get quite grumpy without our morning cafe We still love the place thank you!!!

Relaxing weekend away Just what we all needed.

The property had everything we needed . The owner has the house very organized and he is very easy to get in touch with which is what want if he is needed. We will be back :)

Great location

We had a great weekend with Family exploring the area. It is a nice quiet spot with great walking paths. The house has plenty of room for 8 people. Lots of space indoor and outdoors our dog loved the yard and walks out the back gate.Great having some basics in the pantry.

Beautiful retreat!

A stunning, warm home with fantastic views. The house has everything you need for an easy, comfortable getaway. Our 3 year old loved the backyard and we loved the views and easy stroll to the beach. Harry was a wonderful host, very accommodating and great to deal with. We can't wait to come back!

Summer break

This home is absolutely beautiful. We travelled with another family, 8 of us in total (7 adults and 1 child) Fantastic layout for a group this size, with large well appointed bedrooms, comfortable beds and 2.5 bathrooms. The views are stunning! With a dining room, large living and 3rd upstairs living. Sit on the balcony, upstairs living room or upstairs bedroom and look straight onto the ocean. The back gate leads to the beach path where there is exercise equipment and a sheltered lagoon beach. The home is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture, decorations and 3 TVs! Every room has its own aircon unit so everyone is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s directly across from the marina where they have a great coffee shop and marina restaurant and bar. Short drive into Busselton central. Being summer we didn’t use the fireplace but we imagine how lovely it would be in winter. Our host was wonderful, very responsive and helpful.We would highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend for a family getaway

Harry was fantastic to deal with. We very much enjoyed staying here with our two teenage boys and our fur babies. Great location (loved the pub around 60 seconds walk away) modern kitchen very well fitted out, cosy living area with a gas log fire and Foxtel. Appreciated all the little touches like body wash and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, lots of towels and kitchen condiment basics. Bedrooms comfortable with lots of storage space. Will be back!

Great Spot

This property is well located and has everything you need. It is very spacious inside and has a good size back yard. Views from the balcony are really nice. Harry was very easy to deal with.
