Meltony is a wonderful host. Our holiday was made seamless with communication and clear instructions. We had a wonderful time and it was a lovely walk to the beach. House was practical and all 11 of us were comfortable. Thank you, Meltony!

Our host Meltony, was ever so helpful and kind, she even supplied us with a beautiful Christmas tree for the family, which saved us having to pack ours in our car already bursting with presents. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and with lots of little extras which was great for our multiple family stay. We could even see the water from the top balcony, which was lovely. The kids had a great time in the large, fenced backyard and were able to play some backyard cricket, totem tennis and soccer!

Lovely Spot

Nestled on the edge of Vincentia, love spot with great views over the bay to Bowen Island. Storming all weekend, but lovely to experience!

Amazing Property

My friends and I loved the house, it was super organized and fully equipped, it had everything we needed to cook. In addition, the owner was very attentive to all our questions and flexible. We will definitely return many more times!

Great place to stay!

We were impressed with how clean the house was and how fully equipped it was to accommodate kids starting with the safety gate for the stairs, books to entertain them and the very spacious backyard where they could play and run around. Meltony was also very pleasant to deal with. We weren’t able to checkout on time because of the kids but Meltony was very undertstanding about it. We would definitely come back and try to book it again next time.

Good room configurations to suit large group however cleaning needs major improvement. Nice large outdoor deck (an outdoor ceiling fan would be a great improvement).

Stay at Birds Eye View

We were a group of 10 and we absolutely loved the property, it was really spacious and maintained well. We found the property to be quite clean which increased our overall experience. Overall this a good property and we would happily book it again.

Great for large groups

The house was clean and tidy and in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped for catering for a large group like ours. Everyone enjoyed the BBQ on the deck. The house is well located not far from the beach and shops. The owner is quick to respond to messages and the check in process was easy. I recommend this place for large group stays.

Great place to stay in the area

The accommodation for this place is optimal for visiting huskinson and all the beaches in Jervis bay by car. I had a great time with my friends with all of them having their own room the sitting areas are really nice in the backyard and balconies that are there was always a parking at the front of the house no matter what time we had arrived home. The host responded to our questions quickly whenever we had any and really made our stay enjoyable. Would come here again if I go back to Jervis bay.

The Best Holiday Home 💯

We had an incredible family holiday at this elegant place! The cleanliness and beauty of the place were remarkable. It comes equipped with all the necessities, and the location is perfect. The highlight for us was the fantastic BBQ area and the spacious backyard – great for family gatherings. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

I liked the house's view and neighbourhood. The Sheets wasn't clean and outdoor furniture was mouldy. If owner deep cleans the house next time, quests will enjoy more. also house has 2 seperate space, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. its not easy using both spaces together.
