ビーチハウスは2階建ての休日の家です。 家族や2人で4人のベッドルームと2人のバスルームとガレージの大きなロックで快適に10人を眠ることができます。 ビクトリア湖まで徒歩2分、90マイルビーチまで車で3〜4分の理想的なロケーション。 ビクトリア湖の素晴らしい景色は、広々としたデッキ/キッチン食事エリアとメインのベッドルームから見ることができます

二階

2つのクイーンサイズのベッドルームにはそれぞれクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、どちらにもローブが内蔵されています。 メインベッドルームからはビクトリア湖、32インチテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、デッキへの直接アクセスが楽しめます。 広々としたリビングエリアは、40インチテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、子供向け映画、IPODドッキングステーションが備わるオープンプランです。 スタッカーのドアは、新しい4バーナーのフード付きガスバーベキュー、屋外テーブルセッティング、バナナラウンジを完備した広々としたデッキに完全にオープンしています。 現代のキッチンは完全に自蔵式で、食器洗い機が付いています。 バスルームにはシャワーとバスの両方の設備があります。 洗面台付きの独立したトイレがあります。 すべてのクイーンベッドルームとリビングエリアには天井ファンが付いています。 リビングルームには新しいスプリットシステムの空調/暖房装置もあります。 クオナラはリビングルームに最適です。

2ベッドルーム、3ベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、ベッドルームには4ベッドルーム（子供用）、2ベッドルーム（シングルベッド4台）が備わっています。 子供の寝室の向かいには、ゲームや本が食器棚に入っている、大人のための小説があり、子供たちと大人の両方のためのDVDや書籍の読書があります。子供やゲームのための活動図書があります。 シャワー設備付きの独立したバスルーム。 洗濯機は洗濯機で完結しています。 ガレージへの内部アクセスもあります。 正面玄関に通じる通路が階下のデッキまで開く。

Large spacious and very well equipped. We had great water views and a large back yard for the puppies. Our host was so obliging. My partner was npt well on the last day and as a result offered us a late check out as late as we wanted

Who wants a vacation in peaceful and quiet place, this is the right place. A peaceful sandy beach is nearby. The house has everything you need. Clean and tidy. I recommend it.

Brilliant place, house was close to a beach and lake. House was as the pictures showed and there were sufficient toiletries to more than last our stay. The constant noise of the water filter pump took some getting used to but otherwise was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff at the food works were lovely but if you need more than they have on offer it’s quite a trek to Sale. The host responded always in a timely and very pleasant manner. We really enjoyed our stay

Great place for families of 4 or more

The place is as described. Large and spacious, has some views too although blocked partially by other houses at the front it still has a nice view. We saw lots of kangaroos around here. No wi-fi so kids were a little dissapointed here. There was some leaking or other issue where we wanted to eat outside at verandah, the table was flooded on both days and the other seating was a little low. Please check what is going on there as we didnt know there was water there (hard to make out on that table) and placed paper we reading on it only to find it was soaked! Price was a little high considering no soap, no sheets, table tennis room had lots of spiders and was dusty,needs some housework, could be bit unsafe for littlies.who get in the garage. Loads of videos and board games which was great.Also very thoughfully stocked with heaps of utensils and cooking items, and also hair straigntener which was wonderful as I had forgotten to take mine. Would recommend, good location too close to everything.

Perfect for our family holiday

We had such a relaxing time at the Beach House. It was the perfect house for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the table tennis and the huge selection of board games. Thank you for having us!

A Very enjoyable Stay

Our stay was very nice , we are coming again and will come again . We are frequent visitors to Loch Sport , and visit for the surf fishing.

Fabulous family time

Great Place

Had a wonderful relaxing time. The weather wasn't kind to us so we weren't able to utilise all the amenities supplied with the property, ie bikes, fishing rods and canoe. Would stay again.

Relaxing weekend away

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at Leanne and Glenn's house. Everything was sparkling clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all meals at home utensils-wise. The house was very comfortable - beds, large sofa inside, lounge outdoors, etc. No issues with 4 adults and 6 children sharing the space. Town is a short, enjoyable walk away. Best to shop at closest Coles before arrival as there is only an IGA in town. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
