Amazing location- walked to shops & Ferry within minutes.

Host is very responsive & helpful. Very clean place. Nice to have kitchen & bathroom stuff like oil, Salt, pepper, soaps etc. felt homely for an apartment. Communal pool & spa weren’t warm enough to use. The off street car park was such a help! And beds & bed linen - super comfy. Thank you !

Lovely well presented space

Have just returned from a 3 day stay in the well appointed Koonya apartments. everything was spotless on arrival and it was so refreshing to have decent linen on the bed and nice fluffy towels, something I find is often over looked. Would defiantly recommend this apartment to others .

Fantastic location!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for a weekend with friends & could have not asked for a better location. Quick walk to Main Street & Hotel Sorrento and the beach is just out the door! We were welcomed with a bottle of red wine and some chocolates, perfect after a long week. The apartment was spotless and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic Location and Apartment

Stayed over Christmas witht he family and had a great stay. Located at the end of the main street and opposite the front beach meant the kids could be easily entertained. Mary-Anne was great and attended to all our needs. Very much recommended!

Cozy and Convenient

I stayed here with a group of friends in town from NYC for a wedding. We loved the apartment and really enjoyed how close to everything it was—great restaurants, the beach, scenic walking paths, and the shops in town. Wish our stay in Sorrento was longer, but the few days in town were made incredibly comfortable at the Koonya Apts with the owners attention to details and communication.

Perfect accomodation for wedding preperation

Bride to be & bridesmaid, parents & grandparents stayed in apartment 11. Very spacious & comfortable .Walking distance to beach ,ferry & main shopping strip. Was a 4 minute drive to wedding venue--All Smiles. Highly recommend this apartment !

Great location!

We had a wonderful last-minute break at Koonya Apartments and we were delighted with the place from the moment we got there. The apartment was spacious and beautifully fit out, and the personal touches were appreciated. Even though the weather wasn't great, it didn't matter because the location was excellent and easily accesible the beach, park, Main Street, and literally next door to some delicious eateries! Thanks to Mary-Anne for her assistance, even with a little hiccup (which happens!) everything was quickly resolved with minimal impact to us. Our three year old daughter keeps asking to 'go back to our holiday house' and we look forward to a return trip!

Unbeatable!

Just returned from the most awesome 3 nights at Koonya Apartments! Came down with my wife & 2 kids for a short stay to get away & beat the mid winter blues. Could not have wished for a more excellent property. The standard was amazing. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Absolutely beautifully fitted out & finished. So comfy, with heaps of space. The location was unbeatable, Literally a 1 minute walk to the Sorrento foreshore & the Main st shops & cafe's.... location just made everything so easy.. Melbourne even turned on the weather with some 2 Sunny days & !!... we had a great time running around, playing with the kids on the front beach. Also the indoor heated pool & spa was a real plus! We have been coming to the Peninsula for years staying in various suburbs, different houses, apartments & accommodation styles.... Koonya would have to be the best by far. If you are thinking of booking, don't hesitate, you will be glad you did!

Fantastic experience!

We were fortunate enough to stay at the Koonya apartments down at Sorrento recently and had a fantastic time. The apartment was well furnished, clean and we truly felt at home during our stay. Only a stone's throw away from Itali.co and a short stroll up the hill to the main street, we were able to access all that Sorrento has to offer. The administrative support through Mary-Anne was excellent. Great experience and highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment and wonderful hospitality!

This is a beautiful and very spacious apartment, immaculately clean and kitted out with excellent facilities, including a much appreciated coffee maker and milk frother! We stayed for a weekend with our young children and had a wonderful time. Walking distance to the beach and a fantastic italian restaurant (Itali.co)! The kids loved the indoor pool! Mary-Anne went out of her way to help make our stay as comfortable as possible - turning on lights and heating for our late arrival so it was all cosy when we turned up. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others - would suit family or a couple.
