Enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer, from this newly renovated three bed, two bath home. Easy walking distance to Windmill (0.4 mi) and Smugglers (0.9 mi) beaches, the famous Pancake Man, Skull Island mini-golf/go-karts/arcade, and many great local restaurants.

The back yard is fully enclosed, and features a large deck, 3-burner propane grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and wonderful outdoor shower.

Inside the sliding glass doors is the eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, settings for 6, a full compliment of cooking equipment, and 4-person dining table.

In the evenings and during rainy weather, enjoy the finished basement with 50" TV, pool table, 50's dinette booth and jukebox!

Great stay on the Cape!

Todd’s house was perfect for our family! Very convenient location to everything up and down the Cape and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home was also super clean and well stocked. Todd was easily accessible, too, when we had a question. The basement (with pool table) was a big hit. It was nice to have two full bathrooms, as well. You will enjoy your stay in this home!

Modern Beach House with Pool Table was an incredibly relaxing family getaway. The property was clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable. The amenities are fabulous: the back deck is so peaceful and relaxing, we loved the grill, and fire pit. We had so much fun playing pool. The downstairs is a great hang out spot. Its located in a quiet neighborhood close to the main street wiht all the restaurants and attractions. Its very convenient.Thanks Todd and Shana

Great spot for a week on the Cape!

The location was outstanding… Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Loved the outdoor space, especially the fire pit and outdoor shower. The pool table downstairs was fun the overall feel for the house was light and comfortable.

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location, close to beaches.

Very clean, accurate description. Close to beaches and shopping and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Shirt, flat, 10 minute walk to Judah Baker Windmill which is a very small (4 parking spots) beach, but great for sunrises while the boats head out in front of you.

Great Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Todd's place. The location was fantastic- close to the beaches, a perfect neighborhood for walking, and great proximity to town. We spent every night enjoying the backyard and deck. We traveled with our 1-year-old son and needed a comfortable space to enjoy during downtimes and early bedtimes, this home was perfect. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great House

The house was spotless and smelled so clean. Nice towels, sheets and blankets. Great backyard with a deck, fire pit and a perfect outdoor shower. Very happy with the house.

Wonderful Location

Great experience and great location. Property was clean and meet our needs. It was great to have two bathrooms, most rentals did not. Made it alot easier with two teen girls.

Great Vaca Stay

Great home for a beach vacation. Clean and cozy home. Loved all the beachy home decor, great backyard. Enjoyed the fire pit at night and the cozy patio furniture in the morning eating breakfast in the sunshine. Basement with tv and pool table were great for evening entertainment. Took walks in the morning around the quaint neighborhood and to Windmill beach. Great location for just about anything you want to do. We visited Smugglers beach, Martha’s Vineyard, Boston and the National Seashore and more . Todd was a great host and easy to get in touch with when we had a few questions. Would definitely recommend.

Updated and lovely cottage

The cottage was very updated on the outside with a well maintained nice yard, deck and outdoor shower. Inside was bright, clean and comfortable. There was a mini split in the living room and central air throughout the house. The basement was clean, updated and very pleasant with a billiard table, comfortable sofa, full bath and washer and dryer. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable-- we only needed one bedroom for our stay. Main floor bath was clean and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and walking around the area was lovely, there were infinite walking routes. It was close by Windmill Beach which is a small but very cute place on the water, and we loved walking by there daily. Very easy to get to South Middle beach which is where we like to go each year when we visit. Communication from owner was very prompt and pleasant. We would stay here again, thanks!

Two words: BOOK IT

This property was everything we wanted and more. From booking the house to leaving, Todd made the whole process easy. A welcome online booklet was sent giving great detail of the house and all its accommodations. Upon arrival, the house is in such an ideal location. 2 minutes from the beach and right off 28 where you can find a mix of restaurants, activities, and stores. The inside of the house was very clean, beds crisp clean sheets, towels soft, and great temp with the split AC. They provided great beach chairs and a cool cabana tent which we loved so much we plan on buying our own. The house is walking distance from Windmill beach and it’s a great little spot to have a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The kids loved the bunk beds! Downstairs was used a lot. They have mixed CDs which we had morning dance parties to, a pool table, and a sectional to curl up on for movie night. The outside had a fenced in yard for privacy and to keep my kids safe. We loved roasting marshmallows on the beautiful fire pit. It’s not a trip to the Cape without having outdoor showers!! I don’t have enough good things to say about this house and the owners. They are very quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be coming back and plan on staying at this great house again. If you want privacy, convenience of location, and clean, look no further. Like I said in the title. Book It!!

Great cottage for a family Cape vacation

House was the perfect setup for our family of 4. Bedrooms were ideal, kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the deck, fire pit and grill for dinners and s’mores. Loved having the fenced backyard for the kids to play.

Nice property

Plenty of room for the five people in my family. House was clean and well maintained. Decent sized backyard to play catch and bbq. Nice hangout room downstairs. Had to reach out to the owner and he got back to me immediately. No issues at all.

Great spot for our family getaway

We enjoyed staying at Todd’s property. It’s close to everything yet in a quiet setting. The home was full of natural light in the main living areas, but with room darkening in the bedrooms, which was key with two littles. The yard was a good size and felt fairly private, backing up to nature and with fencing between both side neighbors. We found most of what we needed for a comfortable stay and communications with the host were responded to quickly. We would definitely consider staying again if we return to the area.

Close to everything!

We have been staying on the Cape for over 20 years now. And we have tried a few different towns, but always find our way back to Yarmouth, where we started. It's central to everything and not quite as busy, or price, as a stay in other towns. This house lured us in with it's bright light, close stay to the main drag and lower level game room. We had 5 adults staying there and the second bathroom was clutch. Air conditioners in all the windows was great for the afternoon sun that does hit the front of the house. We enjoyed a couple of fires, time on the back deck, and probably the BEST outdoor shower I have ever used. While I mentioned it was close to Rt 28, you wouldn't know it. Tucked into the neighborhood behind it, you don't even know you're near a busy street. If you like bird watching, this yard is for YOU! So many birds that were fun to watch, with early morning coffee. House comes with all you need for your Cape Escape and the owners were easy to reach when the door code didn't work on our arrival.

A beautiful, centrally located home

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 year old daughter and 2 grandparents. Todd sent us plenty of details in advance of our stay so that we could prepare accordingly. The pictures provided an accurate depiction of the property. The house provided more than enough space for 4 adults and 1 child to hang out and sleep without disturbing one another. The location of the house was perfect for everything we wanted to do. One morning we walked about 20 minutes to Bass River Beach (also known as Smuggler’s). We also walked to Windmill Beach (which was less than a 10 minute walk down the road), it’s a smaller beach on the river but was wonderful! Everything else we did was about a 10 minute drive away. Todd was incredibly responsive to our outreach and truly cared about our happiness with the house. We will definitely look to return to this property again in the future.

Just what we needed

Our family (2 kids age 4 and 2) goes to the cape every year. This location has been the best for us by far. Close to everything! Great beaches very close. The house was comfortable and just what we needed. We would very much like to stay there again in the future.

Great for family fun

My husband and I stayed here with my parents and had a blast. We were surprised how much time we spent in the basement playing pool and darts and listening to music. The property is an easy walk to the beach and is just as advertised. Todd and is very responsive and easy to work with!

Great location!

This house has so much going for it - great location, it was as pictured, comfortable beds, quiet street, owner was extremely responsive and friendly. Spiral staircase to basement could be tricky for smaller kids or anyone with mobility issues. Outdoor shower was great, grill older and quite rusty but worked just fine, yard lacks landscaping appeal but is functional. The only drawback for us was a really unpleasant odor, particularly in the basement. Keeping windows open upstairs helped in the kitchen and living areas, but little could be done about it in others parts of the house.

Although we spent most of their early adult lives in California, both Todd and Shana have very fond memories of extended summer vacations on Cape Cod, and have been looking forward to owning a home here for years.

After looking at what seems like over a hundred homes throughout the Hyannis, Yarmouth, Dennis, and Harwich areas, we finally found and fell in love with the ideally located home. What we saw as great potential then has been transformed in a truly comfortable and welcoming home with all of the features and feelings we expect of our "forever" home.

The walk to Windmill beach (a quaint little beach with beautiful water on the bass river delta) is one our favorites, and South Middle or Smugglers are only a little further if you'd prefer a bigger ocean beach. Coffee and pastries from Great Island Bakery are a very common morning activity! We also love how kids of all ages can find ways to entertain themselves, whether out back, in the basement game room, or even (for the older kids) just strolling around the family-friendly neighborhood
