Nathan, quite a review for a 5 ***** hotel alternative nature reserve. Pretty unkind as well. So, lets address this. First & foremost, you thought you rented our Cabin which was next door. But, you hit the wrong "book now" button and the Cabin was booked when you got here so there was nothing we could do to correct the situation for you. I could really stop there. Because this was the real problem and absolutely nothing we do could have made you happy because you were not getting what you wanted unless we threw out another Guest for you, but we don't treat people that was. Then, you kept messaging me. Each time I responded to you, you would never write back. You even asked if you could stay longer. You never said a word about a cleaning issue or heat. Our PRO Sanitizing & Cleaning is amazing. You can eat off of our floors. But, it sounds like a tub drain was missed after cleaning. I would have sent someone to clean immediately. But, you never have us this opportunity, ever. You choose to write this review. Everyone reports issues, everyone, unless they are trying to destroy a small business. This was apparently the first time. You reserved the wrong space yourself, a simple human error. We did not judge you. We would have fixed it, but could not. Heat, let's talk about that. We are an ECO nature reserve. It does say that everywhere. I don't think it's fair to expect us to heat a 3 story stone building to 70 degrees for you or for anyone, including ourselves when we clearly state that we are ECO. The Planet is in very serious trouble. We are passing this on to our children and we personally would like future generations to survive. The building is heated to 67%. Very close to 70 degrees. Please put on a sweater. You are a young man. You also complained that the owners lived there too. You rented an Apartment inside a 1906 farmhouse. Nathan, who promised you that everyone in a huge three story building would vacate the property for your party of 2? You had a private entrance into the farmhouse, as promised in the ad. Owners live on a seperate floor, two floors away with a seperate entrance. You never even saw them. Again, your only issue was really the one that you created by booking the wrong location. Nathan, next time, before you hit the "book now" button please make sure it is what you wanted to book instead of taking everything out on all of us. And, if something is not clean, OMG, you need to let us know this right away so it can be corrected for you. If you think a home heated to 67% is just too cold, please put a sweater on. Our entire planet is in such severe distress. People are dying from heat, lack of water, hurricanes, deforestation and so much, much more and you are complaining that it was not 70 degrees. I am sorry Nathan, I feel no compassion on this one. We are trying to do our part. Kindly respect this. Trying to destroy a small business for doing their part to conserve resources is well, unkind.

Margarita was a very charming guest. No one could ever ask for a kinder, more considerate guest. She was amazing.
