While we’re pleased the location suited your stay, it’s disappointing to hear how much the unresolved issues detracted from what should have been a relaxing holiday. We understand how frustrating it would have been to choose the property specifically for the BBQ and outdoor area, only to find there was no gas, followed by delays and then the BBQ itself not working for most of your stay. We also acknowledge the issues you raised with the TV remote, stained chairs, chipped and unclean crockery, and damaged linen. Based on your feedback, we have arranged maintenance to service the BBQ and gas supply, replaced faulty remotes, and engaged our housekeeping team to address linen quality and kitchenware standards.
