We enjoyed the condo very much! The host was accommodating and responsive. I enjoyed reading through the guestbook signed by past visitors who also enjoyed staying there and shared memories of their stays. You can tell the condo has many good memories, cherished by its owner's and the families who have visited. It was a perfect location for ski-in/ski-out and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Great location and Condo

Condo was clean with new appliances and new linens and all very well-kept. Especially enjoyed the ski-in ski-out location.

Spring Break

The property was great and very close to lifts. Alll in all we had a great stay and we really enjoyed not having to drive but there are much nicer places to stay only 10 min from the mountain that are a fraction of the price.

Purgatory Village Center - Fantastic!

Purgatory Condo was fantastic! The location of this condo was perfect for a ski trip with my sister, literally down the elevator and out the door to the lifts. Well stocked, nicely done and very cozy. Check-in was easy and the management staff were very accommodating. The view wasn't great, but overall - very nice property. Thank you!

Convenient Location!!

Immediately upon arrival, this condo exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and well taken care of. We LOVE staying in that Particular Village Building, as it is soooo convenient to literally ski-in & ski-out. We appreciate the family allowing us to stay in their lovely home-away-from-home. Comfortable, well appointed and well equipped.

The unit was a pleasant surprise given others we have used. It is spacious, very well appointed and very comfortable,. It had everything we needed and more. We very much appreciated how well equpped/stocked was the kitchen. That made meal preparation much easier than anticipated.

Great Condo for Spring Break Ski Trip

Can’t beat the location! Ski in and ski out with private ski locker. Steps to lifts, village restaurants and shops. The condo is spacious, well equipped and great layout for families. Kids had their own space and my husband and I had ours. While the view is toward the parking lot, you aren’t awakened by the snow plows and resort machinery early in the mornings. It’s quiet and very private. We would definitely book this condo again!

Great ski condo!

My husband and I and our two boys, aged 17 and 22 came in for a long weekend. We met some family there as well. We used our condo for a family dinner and it was perfect. Nice big kitchen table and plenty of barstools. Great kitchen with everything you need. Two king beds, and a wonderful Murphy bed. We use the fireplace and thoroughly. Enjoyed our time here. Thanks so much!

Good w/potential to be great

Nice condo, comfy beds. Kitchen ware a little dated. Needs a glass Pyrex mixing bowl for microwave use and an ice bucket for the ice machine on the 6th floor. Towels did not smell fresh. There were tons of extra pillows for the beds, but no pillow cases. Overa good stay. Would be great with the fixes I mentioned above.

Good with Potential to be Great

The location was excellent, though the view was mostly obstructed by a HUGE ice dam growing from the deck. The fireplace made the sitting area very cozy. All the beds were very comfortable(even the Murphy bed). The water pressure in the showers was excellent, though the towels did not have a fresh, clean smell or feel. The kitchen accessories were a little dated. Definitely needs a glass Pyrex mixing bowl for the microwave and something to get ice from the 6th floor ice maker. A minor inconvenience was that the tv remotes were very finicky, even with new batteries. There were plenty of extra pillows, but no pillow cases, so if you sleep with more than one pillow, BYO pillow cases. Would definitely book again, because the location is excellent and, overall, it’s a comfortable, clean, well decorated condo.

Post Labor Day on Purgatory

We are frequent VRBO users and think the cleaning fee was far too expensive at this property. Additionally, the condo wasn't totally clean at check-in: sticky stove top controls, cobwebs in lamp shades, dusty frig top. We appreciate that the photos clearly showed the view of trash cans, but we didn't expect the view to include construction equipment. There was very loud road work noise right in front of the small balcony. We discovered the rooftop sun deck on our last afternoon. Had we known about it, we would have taken advantage of its pretty views and used the hot tub. Plus there's an ice machine on that floor which we wish we'd known about since the unit had no ice cube trays. At this time of year, no restaurants were open in the Village and very few could be driven to closer than downtown Durango which is 22 miles away. The condo's floorplan is very nice for 2 couples and the condo is well supplied, with very good beds and towels. We almost failed to get the oven turned on, so stove instructions might be recommended.

Outstanding convenience. Great place!

The convenience of this condo could not have been better. Down one floor to the included ski lockers and then we were right there at the lifts. The place had everything we needed. Really a great stay!

Wonderful vacation! This place is perfectly placed with Lift 4 right outside your door. The amenities were great with the ski locker, pool/hot tub/workout center access, parking garage access. Had an excellent time and will be back. Thank you Purgatory! You did not disappoint!

Great Stay at Purgatory Condo

Our family of five went to Purgatory for our annual ski trip and loved our stay in this condo. We felt spoiled by being on the slopes, had all the kitchen items needed to make our own meals, loved the open layout of the kitchen / dining room / living room and thought the unit was well updated. We'd recommend this unit to others and could see us renting again in the future.

This was our second stay at this condo and we already booked our third! The location is great and the owners are wonderful! If you want ski in/out you can’t find a more convenient spot.
