A quiet getaway

Lovely little cabin near the beach, perfect for a couple or small family with dogs. Yard is fully fenced, we were able to leave the dogs there through the day while we went on adventures in national parks. Only negative thing is the mattress in the master room is “well worn” and springs on one side are no good anymore so have no support.

I told them my mum was dying

I wrote to property manager saying my mum was dying in qld and I couldn’t stay. All I got back was a message asking me to put the bins out…I was too distressed to follow up but it should have been obvious none was there. The property is great ive stayed before

Great location and facilities

Best feature is the location. A few minutes to the beach *and* quick drive to Huskisson for Coles etc.. WiFi is decent at 35MBps Shower is amaaazing! Feels like a waterfall! And hot water comes almost instantly Bed is soft and comfy too Communication with the management service was great too - when we needed a smoke detector shushed, they offered to send out a handyman straight away. Check in/out was quick and painless. Only thing I could say is the place is a bit small, suited to 3 adults at most. Overall a great place for a short stay.

Steer clear

The location is absolutely amazing but absolutely not worth it. The property states its dog friendly however fencing isn't secure there's large gaps everywhere for small dogs and incredibly low at the rear an adult could easily step over it, so it isn't really suited to large dogs either. Especially with roos around. During our stay we suspected the property had bed bugs and informed management. There response was that's impossible and to wear insect repellent to bed. Note we were only ever bitten in bed under covers. Changing sheets in a bed bug ridden bed does very little. Unfortunately they have hitched a ride back with us and now we are experiencing the painful process of trying to get rid of them at home.

Peaceful

Lovely 3 bedroom home situated 2 blocks back from the beach (just a short walk away) backing on to beautiful natural reserve. Flannel Flowers were in bloom! A very relaxing, serene & peaceful location however nearest shops are just a short 10min drive to nearby Callala Bay (just don't have car problems like we did and run out of milk, lol)

Cosy well presented beach cottage with lovely bush outlook

We really liked the location short walk to beach but looking over a bush reserve. Owners have decorated very nicely and kitchen is well equipped. A get comfortable stay.

Didn't want to leave, lovely holiday

Greay location, lovely comfy house. Great set up with nice bush backyard and modern inside, with board games and xbox, and loads of extra blankets. Even had straighteners in the bathroom! Only minor complaint is master bed was far too soft, not good for my back, but otherwise we loved the house and had such a wonderful time. So close to everything in Jervis Bay, we kayak, whale watched, enjoyed the beach and walks, we'll definitely be back!

We will be back!

It was our first time to Callala Beach. We certainly loved everything about the location. Wildwood is highly recommended. Clean, comfortable, modern shower and kitchen, great wi-fi, lovely decor. It was a home away from Home!

Lovely place. Quiet street peaceful. Owners were very thoughtful provided basic needs like salt sugar to dishwasher soap and Cling wrap.

Relaxing

We had a beautiful stay by Callala Beach. The house was well equipped and clean. The beach was a short walk away and our dog was safe in the yard and loved the beach. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great place to stay .

With the bushland on one side,and the beach just a couple of minutes walk on the other, this is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday. The house has everything you need, and more. Highly recommend 👍

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing

We really enjoyed staying here, it felt like a home away from home. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Huge fully fenced yard for our pooch, and was nice that she could sleep inside. Felt like being in the bush with bush reserve over back fence, very relaxing to have barbecues on the large back deck. We also appreciated the lots of little extras provided.

Nice homely property

It was a good stay at the Wildwood property. However, it would be much better and present if the following upgrade can be done. 1. Dishwashing machine did not work properly even though the maintenance man came to fix it. I think it needs to be replaced. 2. Clothes washing machine did not drain water properly. I think it needs replacing as well. 3. Water drained too slow on the basin in the bath room. 4. Cold water tab fell out in the shower booth. The handyman fixed this. Going forward regular maintenance may be scheduled. Other than the above, I enjoyed staying at the property.
