We had a great stay! Good location for shops and eats within walking distance. The beach access was perfect and beautiful. Condo was stocked well with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Had a good weekend, thank you!

Great Short Stay in Cocoa Beach

Shared a great short stay with my spouse in Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful and just as pictured. We loved that the hosts had everything that we needed from all the home utensils to beach chairs and umbrella. Access to the beach was just a few steps directly outside of the condo. The beach was not as crowded as I expected. There were plenty of nice eating and drinking establishments within a couple of blocks of the condo. Thanks very much to the hosts for having a wonderful place for my spouse and I to spend a little extra time on Florida's Space Coast.

Great place to stay while vacationing at the beach!

As far as beach vacations go, this place is ideal. It's mere steps to the beach, and next to bars and eateries. The bed was comfortable. I would actually only rate it a 4.5 because of a few things. We could not get hot water in the kitchen sink (although there was plenty of hot water in the little shower), the DVD player doesn't work, no laundry detergent, and housekeeping had left a load of musty towels in the dryer (which I put back in there for them when we left). But a charming little place (and I do mean little when referring to shower, kitchen, washer, and dryer, so just be aware) that I would love to return to! A great getaway to the heart of Cocoa Beach.

Affordable beach condominium

Great price, very close to beach. Due to the public access point being next to condominium , there will be a lot of foot traffic. It’s a small older condominium but with easy access to beach.

cocoa beach getaway

Good location on beach and near restaurants and shops. Unit itself was a little rough - stains on sofa, unswept patio, rusted kitchen sink and broken down dilapitated unworkable oven.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay, it was a perfect location for our enjoying the Surfing Santas. The only issue we has was the shower, it had a large clump of dark hair on the drain. We had no issue taking sheets from the dryer and moving towels from the washer to the dryer. Over all a great stay, perfect location.
