We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with my son, and his family ( including 14 and 10 year old). Villas II are off the main property, bordering the golf course. If you must be in the middle of all the action, Villas I would be more for you. We enjoyed the quiet, the pool, workout room and basketball court. Unless you are up for a 1+ mile walk to Villas I and further to the main hotel, you need to drive. Views were spectacular from the second floor, units 6609 and 6610. Large balcony overlooked second hole. Fold out in living room is very uncomfortable, so we bought a foam topper so kids could share it. It would be nice if there were 2 fold outs in the living room, but we made it work. Full kitchen was roomy and everything you need to make full meals in. The grill outside is iffy. Flame blows out in the breeze and it doesn’t heat up over 300° but it was serviceable. The Shade in Villa 1 offered a hike into the oasis that was very nice. They had basketball to check out for the week, and a variety of activities for the kids. The midday heat in early April was intense, even for us Floridians, so plan accordingly. Valley golf course is beautiful, and very kid friendly especially after 3 when kids golf free. So for a peaceful spot, great views, and a spacious well appointed villa, Villas II are for you
