この居心地の良い、新しく改装された家にはすべてがあります！ ハイエンドの仕上げが特徴で、魅力的なオールドタウンコットンウッドの中心に位置するこの家は、町で最高のレストラン、コーヒーショップ、バー、ワイナリーまで徒歩圏内です。 家は子供たちの遊び場の近くの便利な場所にあり、ヴェルデ川とデッドホース州立公園につながるトレイルがあります。

家は2ベッドルーム/ 2フルバスで、キングサイズベッド1台とクイーンサイズベッド1台で4人が快適に眠り、それぞれに専用バスルームがあります。 機能には、ガス暖房を備えた新しい中央エアコン、WiFi、大きな家族用断面、sectionalの暖炉、設備の整ったキッチンが含まれます。

Cottonwood

The house was clean and easy to settle into. The backyard functioned for the dogs just fine. It is a short walk into Old Town - just what we were looking for in our first time in the area.

Great place/great location

Perfect place to staying in cottonwood, excellent location from all of downtown cottonwood. Quiet location. Clean house. Great backyard for dogs to play in.

Great Property and Locaction

The house was great! Very clean and just as shown in the pictures. Also great location, as it’s a short walk to a number of restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Would definitely stay again next time we are back in Cottonwood!

Clean, comfortable and close to downtown Cottonwood

This house worked well for our stay in Cottonwood with our dog. It was very clean except the air filter was dirty. We were easily able to walk to restaurants.

Spring Break Getaway

We stopped for a quick 3 day visit to Sedona. We were very happy with this cute and clean cottage in downtown Cottonwood. We were able to walk to shopping and dining. Sedona and hiking trails were just a short drive away.

Nice place to stay. No complaints. Close to restaurants. All it needs is a big wall clock in living area.i would definitely stay again.

Great Location in Old Town Cottonwood

We had so much fun being in Old Town and a short walk to all of the shops, restaurants and wineries. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and easy to find everything. We would have loved an extra chair in the living room but that’s just us.

Nice property for our Cottonwood visit

Overall a nice stay.Pros: The inside was clean and comfortable. Nice laundry room/kitchen set up with basics. Property manager responded promptly to call about TV problems.Cons: Remote controls were missing. Back yard was not cleaned up from previous occupant's pet. Garbage dumpster outside in front driveway was overflowing when we arrived. Repaired cracks in floor of MB shower floor could be overlooked; but surface is unsteady. Most issues were due to missing remotes. Maintenance person came asap (the next morning). His son did troubleshooting to enable the Roku to operate the LR TV. The TV Roku in the MB worked but there was no TV remote controller, so on/off and volume had to be done manually using buttons on top of TV. The TV in guest room was missing the Roku device and had no remotes, so it was not usable. One of the 3 fan/light combos had a remote control and worked, the rest were missing or had dead batteries.Suggestions: Put a trash can and rake/shovel in the back yard for pet refuse pickup. I brought my own pick up bags and a kitchen bag to clean up after my pet, but the previous occupant obviously did not. Also, there was no room in the dumpster for my trash bag.Take care of missing remotes and Roku devices. Do not advertise 3 TV's with Roku are available unless they are accounted for and working (by the cleaning service who comes in after guests or the PM). More than aesthetics, unsteady footing means cracked MB shower basin needs to be replaced.

Renovated beauty, Best Location

This House was Exceptionally clean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was new and well-equipped. The location on this Gem was Awesome. You're across the street from a coffee/donut house, next door to a hamburger/malt shop and on historic downtown Cottonwood's Main St. Dont second guess this One! Plus the yard gir the dog was Perfect. I cant wait to come back!

20th anniversary get away with some surprises

We had a great time but there were some concerns with the property. We felt like this should have all been addressed prior to our stay. The back yard is NOT completely fenced, one part of fence has no support pole and is falling down and you can push through the bottom and on the side of the little house in the back is open with only a couple PVC pipes slanted across entry leaving it open to anything that wants to come through. My wife has allergies and couldn't stop sneezing when in the house. I checked air filter and was disgustingly black, impacted with months of dirt. luckily they had some new filters in the laundry room and I replaced it. Behind the filter grill, there is months of soot build up due to filter not being changed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the whole underside of box springs is all tore up and hanging, like its an old used box springs or something and squeaked/ creaked terribly every time you changed positions. We asked about propane for the grill and was told we may need to fill. After looking at the most Grotesk grill I've ever seen, we opted not to use it. Several times we had to chase cats out of the back yard, and they were defecating so we picked it up even though we shouldn't have to. The back bedroom light didn't work and lamp outlet not protected leaving it open to shock hazard. We took pix of everything and would love to share them to improve property. Also back of house roof line, broken board leaving some exposure to weather.

Great place to stay and enjoy Cottonwood

Perfect location for wine tasting, a brewery a block away, donut shop/coffee across the street, very clean and quiet. Fenced yard in back for dogs, we had 2 with us, although the fencing is not completely enclosed, there’s a small area to squeeze out next to storage house. Dogs just have to be watched closely. The house is taken care of, clean with plenty of space. Everything is walking distance, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience at the Cozy Home!

Excellent experience at the Cozy Home! Everything was as advertised. Clean, simple. Good internet and streaming. But most important, it is right on the entrance to the most wonderful little stretch of vineyard wine tasting bars, boutique restaurants, and shops. Even the coffee shops are cute and interesting, the one across the street has great espresso drinks and donuts, and is a really cute converted gas station. Highly recommended.

Great house

The house looks recently renovated, it was very clean and comfortable. The location was nice, walking distance to restaurants. On a busy street but still a great location. Fenced backyard was nice for my Mom’s dog.

This is the place to visit when in Cottonwood. Everyone visits "old town" and this is right there, no need to drive and park, just walk to all the wonderful restaurants like Nics Italian Steak and Crab House or Bocce's or Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery & Trattoria for the best views while you eat drink and book a local wine tour. The best part is this is still a small town so after the restaurants close so does old town and you won't see a car drive for hours at night. I should know I was born and raised here.
