This is a great property, very clean and well stocked, also its in a good location right on the beach. The condo was very clean, with a pool (which was hot during this time of year) and the washer/dryer was a plus. It had everything we needed for our stay.

We had an amazing family holiday. The snorkelling right in front of the condo was awesome and watching the rays,whales and sunrises from the patio were definitely some of the highlights.

Fabulous Stay

We were very fortunate to have stayed at such a well appointed condo at Mar y Sol. The view of the Sea of Cortez was outstanding. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and furnishings. Debb, the owner was a pleasure to deal with and we were pleased to have met her during our stay. We plan on returning!

Great Place

This place is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my wife and I as we like to adventure. Beautiful view as well. Ross and Debbie were super friendly and accommodative. They gave us a lot of good recommendations of things to go see and do that most tourists wouldn’t know about. Overall, our stay couldn’t have been better. We are very happy that we booked this place.

Beautiful property with a fantastic view from the deck. The beach was perfect, and the owners supply chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear. The condo was fully stocked, clean and comfortable. The pool is small, but we prefer the ocean. The pool deck is a beautiful place to lay in the sun. Incredibly easy to find as it is located right on the side of the highway. Very quiet and friendly maintenance staff. All appliances worked great, internet was never an issue. Overall, an amazing condo and location. We will be back.

Perfect Holiday Vacation

Our family stayed in this condo for 4 nights. I have visited many places in Baja. I must say Los Barriles has one of the most beautiful beaches. I had my two teenagers and they loved snorkeling right off of the condo. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The condo is perfectly equipped for all you will need during your stay. I hope to be back soon.

Well appointed rental

These owners have the condo loaded with amenities, like detergent, Cascade, coffee, some condiments, beach towels to name a few. The bed was very comfortable and bedding excellent. Internet was average. TV service is good with a Fire Stick for apps.

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time at Mar y Sol. This condo had everything we needed to have a perfect vacation, it's nicely furnished, beautifully decorated, has a well stocked kitchen. We used the snorkel gear, umbrella, chairs, beach towels, cooler, BBQ. Debb and Ross were great to work with, they made sure we had everything we needed. The other guests and owners at the complex are the best!!! We'll be back. Loved it!!

Everything you could need is there!

Comfy condo, with all the amenities. There are spices in the cupboard, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, and a full wine rack that you can use, as long as you replace the bottle. Ross and Debb were quick with a reply, if anything was needed. The weather cooperated, so we had blue skies, warm temps and smooth water for swimming.

We love this place and keep coming back

This was our second time staying there. The hosts are awesome! Location is great. We highly recommend this property. There's a lovely pool and it's just steps to the beach. The unit is clean, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the bed is super comfy. We love the time we get to spend at this amazing property.

Beach condo

We enjoyed our time in Ross and Debbi’s one- bedroom condo. The kitchen had everything we needed and the king bed was very comfortable. The little balcony was perfect for whale watching. We would recommend staying here.

Awesome Getaway!

We rented the condo for a month and it exceeded our expectations. Our usual trips were to all inclusive resorts but we wanted to try something different this time. The condo was in a perfect location on one of the best beaches in Los Barriles. You awaken to a breathtaking sunrise over the sea with mountains in the background. You can take long walks on the sandy beach without seeing another person. The condo was well equipment and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. There is a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk and a larger one about a 15 minute walk away with everything you need. But you don’t have to cook as there are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance that are very good. The condo was updated and nicely decorated. We slept well on the king size bed. The owners were onsite and made great recommendations for things for us to do. They even went with us on a few excursions. They were awesome. The other homeowners were nice and helpful as well. We rented a car and an ATV and enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns and arroyos. The people practice all COVID approved measures. We felt very safe. We did have to provide a COVID viral test before returning to the USA but it was easy to obtain at the local health clinic. We will definitely return. Thank you Debb and Ross for a awesome experience!

Buena Vista condo

We were very happy with the condo. Exactly what we wanted. Location was great for us. Snorkeling right out front of property. Friendly guests and owners of other condos. There is a well stocked market within walking distance. The condo was well stocked with all your needs in mind. From the well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, snorkle equipment, books and even a washer and dryer and more. Already planning another trip next year. Thanks Debb and Ross.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Our stay at Mar Y Sol condos was everything we had hoped for. The unit had everything we needed; clean, comfortable, private patio, gorgeous view, terrace with swimming pool, and direct easy access to a nice beach. The owners were quick to respond and gave lots of helpful tips for enjoying Los Barriles and the surrounding area. Thank you Ross and Debbie for a fun, relaxing experience.

Loved our stay, the condo was very clean and well equipped and lots of amenities. We enjoyed many evenings having our meals sitting out on the patio. The bed is very new and so very comfortable. Loved having Shaw tv service. The location offers great views, and wonderful swimming and snorkeling directly in front of the condo. We so appreciated the first class taxi service provided by Omar. Los Barriles really offers the small town Mexican vibe with incredible choice of restaurants and shopping, very safe environment, will be back. Debbie and Ross are great hosts and very accommodating. We the owners (Ross & Debbie) used to vacation in San Jose until we decided to be brave and ventured up to Los Barriles on week for a change of pace. When we walked into the condo we both exclaimed 'WOW.....why are we spending time in San Jose when we can be here????' We loved the place so much we bought it as soon as was possible and look forward to coming as often as we can. We live in Abbotsford BC, Canada and consider Los Barriles our second home.
