A few issues if addressed, would be a perfect stay

- Fabulous location - Comfortable living- Toilet was smelly - smell not from lack of cleaning, room very tired and in need of some attention. Bathroom has had an up-grade and was lovely - Kitchen was poorly appointed from a simple meal preparation perspective, with kitchen cupboards requiring some very serious cleaning (musty smell, some mould requiring all utensils needing to be washed prior to use which was disappointing)- laundry was tired- would be more able to keep sand out of the unit if the tap fitting to access the outdoor shower was issued/available - sounds like lots of complaints - apologies. We had a LOVELY and comfortable stay. Should these minor issues be addressed, it would be perfect. Would recommend highly!!-

Pros and Cons

Pro: Location and views Con: very uncomfortable beds and couches. All areas had very dim lighting. Only a bar heater supplied which continually tripped the power. This unit is in a great location for beach holidays, and is a safe walk for families to Little Beach and Shoal Bay. Stay here if you don't mind the mattress springs sticking through the linen, and if the weather is warm. Don't, if you want to enjoy the views comfortably from inside, or the balcony, and need a good bed. We left before the birthday we planned to celebrate, which we have never done before on a vacation.

Amazing view and location

The accommodation is very comfortable, close to the beach and shops and prefect for a family.
