Nicola was a pleasure to deal with and so generous. This house was an absolute dream to stay in. It was even better than we expected. Location is beautiful and peaceful and view just surreal. We are a family with 5 kids grandparents came along too and it was just perfect. Everything you would have at home really was provided here, plus more! We will definitely be back and hope to be regulars at Quarry Hill Lookout in Dover when in Tasmania!

Hi David, We take pride in being pet friendly and certainly hope the two dogs had a great holiday. We have a qualified chef who can cook up a storm for you with all the wonderful local produce should you prefer a dining-in experience. Hope you come back again and taste some of Amanda's creations. Thanks for the great feedback. Cheers.

Wonderful holiday home

We had a great stay with even the cold and rain unable to dampen our spirits, the house was warm and cosy (and the fire pre-set ready to light!) with the wonderful view from the big windows to keep us entertained.

Hi Katrina, thank you for your kind words. Sorry you had to light the fire in summer but glad that didn't dampen your spirits. Do plan on coming back again and if you have any suggestions to improve the Quarry Hill experience do let me know. We will have complimentary wireless for guests as soon as the installation is completed in a couple of weeks. Cheers.

Incredible house, saw this listing online and loved it. When we arrived it did not disappoint. The views from every room are amazing. Nicolas attention to detail and her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The hasting caves just down the road are also a must, one of the best we have seen.

Amazing stay in Dover

This was a beautifully appointed property with stunning views. Waking up to the sunrise from bed was an amazing start to the day. Nicola has thought of everything with so many inclusions within the property. We were two families staying, and there was plenty of room with everyone able to relax in their own space. Highly recommend this stunning house.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

I am a primary school teacher with a love for knowledge and sharing. My family own the local organic apple and cherry orchard in Dover, so my daughter and I enjoy visiting the area as much as we can.

Just to let you know, I prefer to give my guests peace and privacy, however if you need any help please contact me on my mobile. If I am not available I can have someone else close by come and help you.

I provide an informative guest book at the property which outlines information about some of my favourite places to dine locally and places to visit. There are also books on local Tasmanian walks, fauna and flora.

Have a great time planning your next holiday or stay and if I can help in any way please just ask!
