What a weekend!

Love melbourne! The place we stayed was unreal! Great space for a lot of guests to fit comfortably and quiet close to the melbourne CBD. Nice quiet street we stayed on! Awesome BBQ area outside! Awesome kicthen ! And very nice bathrooms! The house is amazing definitley will be back this year!

Great area, close to trains & shops. Nice coffee shop nearby.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of bed. Good size kitchen, laundry, nice outdoor area and BBQ. Everything was katered for. Thanks Kelly we had a lovely time.

Great location, plenty of space for big group

The house is nice and clean . Plenty of room and comfy for our big group of 16 aldults and children’s. The location is very convenient, close to station, restaurant, shopping and only 12 minutes from city . The owner is very nice, always very there ( on phone) when you need to ask some things 😁 which is we really appreciate for her help . We really enjoy our stay and definitely will comeback !!!

International Convention 2019

Great location, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Good facilities with plenty of cooking utensils and shower needs. Full size hairdriers which was a bonus for all the girls. Off street parking and new washing machine along with a clothes dryer if weather turns rainy. Quiet area even though on a main road we were all able to sleep well. The coffee pods and machine were a nice touch for the coffee drnkers in the group.

Fantastic large group property

The house is clean, tidy, comfortable, best high pressure shower I’ve ever had!!, well equipped with all kitchen, laundry needs. Only negative is the small lounge area when in large group. So close to train station, quick trip to the city and Tennis which was our purpose, will definitely be back

Girls weekend away at Stay Belgravia 9 bedrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed the three day weekend spent at the house. With nine bedrooms, it was brilliant for each of us to have our own room. Beds were so comfortable and everything we needed was supplied in the house. Would definitely recommend it, and we would book again. Great location. Close to public transport.

fantastic property for large family group

The experience was amazing from start to finish. It was very easy to book and i was constantly updated on the progress of my booking the owner very easy to talk to and more than willing to accommodate any requests that i had. Fantastic property

We had a terrific stay here, the house had all the amenities we needed, it was spacious, clean and within easy distance to shopping, entertainment and restaurants/bars, great outside area with a bbq, Foxtel, games in cupboard for our amusement, lovely hot water and shower pressure and good views from upstairs to the city skyline. Overall a fabulous place

Perfect for sports groups!

We came to Melbourne for a Korfball Championship at Whitton Oval and Stay Belgravia was so much more comfortable than the caravan parks we've used previously. The free wi-fi was a nice touch and the heating system was amazing!

Excellent House for Large Groups

What a fantastic house! Proper beds for 18 people (no camp beds or blow ups to be seen), well stocked kitchen (could actually cook for 18 people!), excellent water pressure and hot water supply (after 12 years renting large houses in Melbourne this cannot be overstated) - what more could you want! We've already booked for next year's Melbourne trip. Kelly was wonderful to deal with, and I cannot recommend this house enough.

Close to Station hotel pub and Baby Elephant cafe which are open 7 days. After each stay we have the sheets and towels hygienically sterilised off site, and professionally trained housekeepers make the beds in a hotel style triple sheeting system.
This house has had many prestigious groups stay here, including Olympic teams, wedding guests and University professors !

We have set this house up for large groups.
Understanding that you need bedding, towels, cooking equipment during your stay, the house is fully equipped.
This house has a commercial sized hot water system, so there will be enough hot water for all guests to have a shower at any time and three showers can run at the same time .
You cannot underestimate how important a hot shower is!
Upstairs bedrooms have guest controlled ducted refrigerated cooling and heating depending on season.
