1. Smoking inside the room is not allowed. If you want to smoke, ask front desk where the smoking area is and smoke there. 2. Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon the following day. From 1:00 pm onwards, guests will be charged by the hour. 3. Deadly weapons and illegal drugs and activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the premises. 4. Pets are not allowed inside the premises. 5. Please be considerate of other guests; do not make excessive noise AT ALL TIMES. 6. Because of their smell, and in consideration of other guests, the following food are not allowed inside: durian, dried fish (bulad, tuyo) and other smelly food. 7. Management is not liable for the loss of your valuables. Please secure them properly. When leaving your unit, make sure you lock it. 8. Secure all accommodation keys and keychains. We will charge P200.00 for every lost key or keychain. You may deposit your keys at the front desk. 9. Because the apartelle is located inside a private village, it needs to adhere to the rules of the village association. Please keep the number of your vehicles parked inside the village to a minimum. 10. Please conserve energy and water. Put off appliances and turn off faucets when not in use, especially when you leave your unit.
