My family enjoyed the pool area at any given time before parks and after. Large house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to have a large group but still have your own space. We loved it!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still being peaceful and quiet. The host was outstanding, communicating promptly and making sure our stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. We had a small issue with the theatre room and Ray came and quickly fixed the problem. This was truly one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

Great Place and Lots of Fun

Everything was just as advertised and reviewed. Very clean, with everything you need. Lots of fun stuff at this property and everything worked well except the alligator bopping arcade machine was acting a little slow. The pool for the neighborhood was a ton of fun as well and the food and drinks there were good. We had an amazing time and my kids had a blast. We look forward to coming back soon.

Super clean home, I mean sparkling clean. Great open concept. Tons of space everywhere. Kitchen well stocked. Towels galore for bathing and swimming. Pool and spa are really nice. Our kids loved playing in them. Kids also loved the video and arcade games all over. Villatel was super responsive for anything we needed. The customer service was excellent.

Family Fun for Everyone

This home was amazing and everyone has said "the bar has been raised and this will be hard to compete with." I've already shared the resort information with this home to 3 other families that were impressed and interested in staying here. There is literally something for every age and for everyone in this home to do. We didn't have to leave and go to any amusement parks and were able to have 5 days of absolute fun., Had some family fun competitions since there were so many things to do. Kitchen was great. Everything was super clean. Calls to the management office were answered quickly and dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. We will definitely be doing this again! Thank you for such great memories.

Great house

We had some hiccups with the amenities we ordered (cribs, stroller) and there were some items in the house that were broken or worn. But overall the house was large, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 15. We could spend long hours in the pool (we had it heated which was wise) and the little kids and adults enjoyed the games. We also took advantage of the resort pool and splash pad. We were disappointed that every outing (to Disney or Orlando) took at least 30 minutes of driving but, on the other hand, the resort area was not overly jammed with traffic.

Great option for families with small children and longer stays for Disney and Universal visits

The house is quite spacious and has lots of options for room accommodations. The linens and towels are generously available. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, though more serving pieces would be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hi, we're Homes by Villatel.

We're a vacation rental management company that runs on hotel-grade discipline. The idea is simple: give you the space and privacy of a vacation home, with the reliability and consistency you'd expect from a trusted hotel brand. Same standard, every home, every stay.

Here's what that means for your trip. Every home we manage has to meet defined standards for design, cleanliness, and amenities before it ever reaches you. If a home doesn't clear that bar, it doesn't carry our name. So when you book with Homes by Villatel, you're not guessing what you'll walk into. No surprises, no gap between the photos and the front door, just a home that's exactly as represented.

Behind the listing is a team that has spent years at the intersection of hospitality and vacation rentals, from managing premium homes to building and running our own communities. We handle it all ourselves, marketing, guest service, cleaning, and maintenance, so there's always someone accountable when you need something.

Our homes are built for families and groups who want room to spread out and the confidence that comes with professional management. Whether it's a multigenerational trip, a reunion, a golf getaway, a week near the parks, or time at the beach, we want the home to be the easy part of your vacation.

We're glad you're here, and we look forward to hosting you!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this home for its place in Solara, one of the most amenity-rich vacation home communities in the Orlando area. It's the kind of neighborhood where a family can fill an entire day without ever getting back in the car. At the center is a state-of-the-art clubhouse anchored by a FlowRider surfing simulator, splash parks with water slides, and a heated Grand Pool, with loungers, shade, and room to settle in for the afternoon, all just steps from the home.

What we enjoy most is how well Solara works for a group. Kids can spend the morning riding the FlowRider or racing down the splash-park slides while the rest of the family plays a round of volleyball or basketball, gets in a workout at the full-service fitness center, or takes a walk along the trails. There's a teen center with a multi-sport simulator to keep the older kids busy, soccer fields for the afternoon, and on-site dining for the nights nobody feels like cooking. The whole community is gated and quiet, so it's an easy place to relax and let everyone spread out.

And when you're ready for the parks, you're close to all of them. Solara sits just minutes from Walt Disney World, with shopping, groceries, and dining clustered nearby along the I-4 and 192 corridors, so whatever you need is only a short drive away.

Approximate drive times:

  • Walt Disney World: ~10 to 15 minutes
  • SeaWorld Orlando: ~20 minutes
  • Universal Studios: ~25 to 30 minutes
  • Orlando Premium Outlets: ~15 to 20 minutes
  • Publix and Target (groceries): under 10 minutes
