Andrea was a great host, very responsive. The house had some nice Christmas touches. There is one very large room that was excellent for the grandkids.

This is our second time staying here. It is very comfortable and had ample space to accommodate my family including 2 kids that appreciated having their own TV and “hang out” area. The host was kind and supportive of our needs. Location is fantastic! Near a mall, a super Target and good variety of restaurants. The decor is modern and homey. Will definitely stay here again!

Short stay for a funeral

Our stay was amazing we were in town for a funeral and it was a great central location between Fort Bliss and other family. Only recommendation would be to add some handicap accessible features such as grab bars in the bathrooms for extra assistance. Overall, exactly what we needed to make the trip as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful!

First of all, our host was excellent. She promptly answered any questions/worked with us on accommodations. Close to many places. House is large with comfortable beds.

It met our needs nicely. 8 adults, each with her own bed; enough room for our meetings; fully equipped kitchen for meal preps.

Clean and Modern

Lovely home! Stayed with godchildren and family to celebrate my birthday. Found this home well kept, clean, and beautifully decorated! We visit El Paso frequently and would stay here again. Loved the fact it was close to restaurants and major streets. Our host was very responsive to our questions- very helpful!

We enjoyed our stay!!

Andrea was a wonderful host and was great with communication. This house is such a gem! The neighborhood is older, but the central location made it so easy to meet up with friends & family in all parts of town. We loved how comfortable the beds were, and we were so impressed by the great room with so much space for our kiddos to play! It was just our immediate family staying in the house, but we could easily see ourselves sharing it with extended family in the future. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place for Big gatherings

Had to travel for my daughter's wedding. None of us live near EP so there were people from different states/countries arriving at different times and the process to do so was very easy. House is fairly clean, we just needed some extra blankets and cleaning products but there's a Dollar Tree (and plenty of other shops) nearby to buy the essentials and keep it clean for one week. The beds are big and very comfortable, we kept the. younger people in the back room with their own table, living room and TV, they loved it!

Disappointing residence

The property manager did not respond to any of my messages until the afternoon of the last day we were there and that was to ask me when we were leaving. The house has no usable outdoor space. The plumbing was backed up in the sink of one of the bathrooms and some lights were burned out.

Really enjoyed our stay at Brookhaven ☺️. Super close to the airport, restaurants and downtown El Paso. Very spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean. Would definitely do a second stay. 🥰

Family Funeral Stay

This home could not have been more perfect for our stay. Even though it was a sad occasion that brought us together we had a good time. The home was clean and well stocked. Host was very accommodating.

Outstanding Owner and Property!

Talk about responsive! Andrea was a quick text away from answering every question or concern. The property is extremely clean, in a great location, and well suited for a lengthy business trip to Ft Bliss. My two co-workers and I had plenty of space to work independently and collaboratively without the risk of exposing ourselves to COVID. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
