Excellent accommodation, superbly situated to suit our needs to visit family and friends in the morning peninsula area. All amenities you could ask for were available in the house. Any communication with host responded to timeously.

The property is clean, very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The photos don't do it justice. Very spacious 2 bedroom unit with a private outdoor area with table and chairs which would be lovely in the warmer months. It's very private at the rear of the property too so no noise. Hope I can stay again when I next need to be in Melbourne.

Beautiful property nestled in the heart of Patterson Lakes

Great street and location for beach and traveling up and down the peninsula. Patricia was an attentive host from her remote location and was quick to respond and problem solve. Loved the design of the house and it’s ammenities. TV could be upgraded as none were able to cast or stream tv.

Fabulous location a few minutes from river in quiet street

Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely apartment. It was a short walk to the river and 15 minutes to the beach. Great facilities a short walk away and easy to jump on a train to get to Melbourne city. The apartment had everything you could need and was clean and modern.

Lovely stay in a home away from home

Beautifully clean home, close to the river and sea. Shops 5mins away, it had absolutely everything we needed for a week away whilst our eldest played basketball in Cranbourne. Thanks again for having us! Amy & Family

Business getaway

The property is in a great location for me being close to work. The property is spotless and has a great deck at the back. Had all the amenities I needed to be able to prepare my own meals. The perfect place to unwind after work and get some much needed exercise. Highly recommended.

Riverwalk Villa Carrum

Clean and comfortable property. Great host. Great location. Heat, air conditioning and wifi are all awesome. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for meal preparation. Rear patio with BBQ was an added benefit. Would definitely stay again

Property was very clean & well presented & staying there was like being at home with everything at your fingertips. The area is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants, cafes etc. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay

Patricia was a great host. The Riverwalk Villa had everything we needed and Patricia was very friendly and responsive to our needs. You don't need to think twice. Everything was so clean and sorted in order. Will definitely book this home next time as well.

Riverwalk Villa

My family stayed in this property whilst visiting from overseas. They could not fault it. It was clean, tidy and fully equipped. A perfect home away from home. The location was great, being a walkable distance to shops, eateries, the beach and public transport, as well as the lovely river. My family would recommend this property for a quiet riverside stay and hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks to the owner for ensuring they had a fantastic experience.

Lovely place in great location

Lovely home - super clean and tidy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great size kitchen and outdoor area. Lots of space for a family, we travelled with our toddler and high hair and travel cot was provided. Close to shops and we often walked down to the beach. The only thing we would suggest is WiFi. Patricia was a lovely host! Would highly recommend staying here :)

Lovely unit in a great spot

My parents stayed while visiting from the UK. The unit is very spacious with a great kitchen which has everything you’d need. Was very clean and they were very happy with everything, only thing that could be added would be wifi! It’s also in a great spot and easy walking distance to a pub/ beach/ river and train station as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Excellent property.

Riverwalk Villa is a beautifully maintained property, very well equipped and perfect for a family needing a 2 bedroom unit. Check-in and check-out were simple and instructions for all appliances are there, so it's easy to settle in and enjoy the place. The addition of WiFi would be a great plus.
