Cute little townhouse walking distance to everything. It was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s graduation. The host thought of everything. From the coffee bar to the amenities in the showers and the nice fluffy towels. Our stay was wonderful. And the bonus, an attached 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend this property

This lovely townhouse is well decorated with very comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen! The host is wonderful to answer all of your questions! Plus, it's short walk to downtown and UGA stadium.

This little townhome was the perfect spot for a quick overnight trip. Easy to access, charming and quaint all for a reasonable price!

Everything was clean and organized. Coffee station was nice and right outside of the kitchen which was good.Plenty of towels, soap etc…. Great communication from Andy. There are 2 ways to get to the University. Truly a 15-20 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall good experience. Quiet and comfortable. The only recommendation would be to possibly refresh the living room furniture.

Great graduation weekend location!

We stayed here for our son’s UGA graduation. It was a great location for walking to all the graduation events. We didn’t have to worry about parking and traffic around campus. I would highly recommend!

Great little townhouse

Our stay here was great. We only stayed one night & used it just for a place to sleep, but the kitchen seemed great. One more comfy chair would have been nice, since there were 3 of us sitting on the sofa, it was a little crowded. Host was great & quick with communications!

Walkable, quiet and clean!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The kitchen had everything needed for a short vacation, the property was clean and most importantly, super convenient to everything. Andy was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We will definitely stay again!

First Visit to Athens

Stay was good overall. Great location. Property manager was very responsive. Minor details—no washcloths or hand soap in upstairs bathrooms. Would stay there again foe sure….

New Year's in Athens

We recently visited Athens to see our daughter and this was the perfect little spot for the 4 of us. Close to campus, convenient to grocery stores and shopping. We loved the fact that we had a garage where we could park our car and not have to fight for parking. We will definitely be staying here again in the futre!

UGA Graduation Trip

This property was just perfect for a quick trip to Athens to get our youngest daughter Graduated! The beds were so cozy and everything we needed was provided. The communication with the owner was great. The location could not be beat. It was a convenient uber ride to everywhere!

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, our townhome is convenient to downtown, the Athens Conference Center and the UGA campus. The townhouse is situated between some of Athens most recognizable streets (Broad, Lumpkin, Baxter, and Milledge). You simply won't find a better location with comparable amenities and a quiet atmosphere.
