We had a lovely stay at the house with our family. Amazing and secluded location. Close to beaches and Sconset market. The main house and carriage house have amazing views. The pics don’t do it justice. Beautiful setting!

Incredible stay!

This is such a beautiful home in Nantucket! Our group of friends had such a great time. We used the house and carriage house. An amazing location as well. We would definitely recommend!

Our group traveled to Nantucket for a retirement party. This property far exceeded our expectations. There was ample space and meticulous grounds. A very restful and peaceful experience. The owner, Mark, was prompt and helpful with all inquiries. Highly recommend!

Perfect wedding weekend!

Amazing find!

we had the best time at this property. I have been coming to Nantucket for years and staying in rentals and this was hands-down, the best the house was well equipped, and had absolutely everything we could have needed and more and mark was extremely responsive and the best host I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect House!

The house was in perfect condition and communication with the owner was seamless. It was so close to the venue we needed to make it to and not a far drive from downtown at all. And a reasonable price for our group on top of all that. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect weekend stay

We really enjoyed our weekend here in Nantucket. The house was very clean. The only thing that would have been nice was if there was coffee/condiments in the fridge and extra toilet paper/paper towels accessible. We looked in the cabinets and closets and couldn’t find any. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend it everyone!

The most perfect & beautiful getaway!

I stayed here with a small group of friends/family, and we had the most amazing time! The location provides privacy, relaxation, and is the perfect distance from town. The home is gorgeous, very clean, and stocked with everything you could need. The wrap around porches and large backyard was perfect for soaking up sunshine or reading a book. Mark’s hands down one of the best hosts. Mark was very responsive, super flexible, incredibly friendly, and provided some awesome Nantucket recommendations. This was a beautiful, stress-free getaway that I highly recommend!

A fabulous home and location for a Nantucket stay!

We have rented this same property for a total of three weeks in the summers of 2013 and 2014. The house is wonderful - roomy, comfortable, well appointed, welcoming and immaculately maintained. The indoor space is equally matched by the outdoor space - numerous porches, a spectacular deck with water views, and large yard. Pristine and uncrowded Tom Nevers and Madequecham beaches just minutes away. Perfect for a large group of couples, friends or families. The listing on Home Away is completely accurate. The owner has an impressive customer service orientation for the guests/renters. After many years of rentals at Cisco, this property and owner have made Tom Nevers my new destination for a perfect week away on the island.

Perfect in every way

From checking in to checking out. Everything was absolutely perfect! If there was a higher rating - Mark’s home would deserve it. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. We had a family dinner pre-wedding and a welcome cocktail hour the following night. We brought 10 x10 tents and lights in case of rain - which the East has seen a lot this summer and the yard lends itself perfectly - large and level. The home is in an ideal location - quiet neighborhood but close enough to bike (our 7 year old grandson did the ride multiple rides - to town -Cisco- the ferry & beach). There are bike paths everywhere. The weekend was better than I could have imagined much of that had to do with the help Mark gave us over months leading up to our son’s wedding — including a reminder to reserve the car ferry! Which was key. All in all it was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in.

This place is truely ..

A wonderful place to stay the location is off the beaten path, provides privacy, intimacy, relaxation and space. With three kids it allowed then the space to run around and be just that, kids. Truely really remarkable and relaxing place loved it!

Beautiful and private setting for family

The whole family loved our stay in Tom Nevers. The property was beautiful, with multiple wraparound porches and impressive views of the ocean. The kitchen had all the equipment, pans and tools we needed, along with a massive and brand new grill on the porch. The 3rd story loft was private enough for an adult to sleep. We opted not to use the detached apartment, but it is a great option for mixed family configurations. We walked to the nearby tennis court several times. The host was very responsive and informative. We highly recommend this house for families who enjoy peace and quiet and scenery!

Celebrating our 59th anniversary with our children and grandchildren !

Wonderful family house ! Plenty of room especially when you add the apartment. We were 13 people 8 adults and 5 kids and we had room. Lovely yard and decks! The outdoor shower was a big hit!!!

Perfect weekend getaway for groups

Stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t love the property more! The house was gorgeous, extremely clean and there were tons of space for my group of 10. The host was delightful to work with, answered all questions and even gave some great local recommendations. I’ll definitely be back next summer!

Perfect house for a Nantucket friends trip

Beautiful property with plenty of space. We had a group of 10 and there was room for us all. The house is located in a private area and has great amenities to enjoy the property (sound system, grill, plenty of kitchen space, etc.). Would highly recommend.

We were a large group of friends (10) on the island for the Christmas Stroll.

The house is beautiful, clean and extremely easy to get to - we had a rental car. Mark made the whole process extremely smooth and un-hassled. Loads of space and the views from the house are gorgeous - especially at sunrise/sunset. Would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Spacious and clean vacation home located in a quiet part of Nantucket. The bike path is just down the road and beaches are 10 minutes away. The owner and property manager quickly responded whenever I had a question. Highly recommend this property for large groups.
