A private, self-contained guest suite (346 sq ft, built 2019) with its own entrance and BBQ patio — a cozy coastal base for a couple or small family, with the ocean a short walk away.

WHERE EVERYONE SLEEPS

- Full kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics
- Bathroom with both shower and tub — easy kid bath time

- 55" TV; fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace

OUTSIDE

PRACTICALITIES
- The suite sits slightly above ground level with several steps up to the door
- No air conditioning — Pacifica's fog-cooled coastal air does the job most nights; portable fans provided
- Self check-in with a smart lock, any hour
- Check-in from 4 pm; checkout 10 am (late checkout often free for 30-60 min without same-day turnover, otherwise from $75/hr; unarranged late departures $200/hr)
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am; no parties; please book the exact number of guests — anyone entering counts as a guest
- No smoking or vaping inside; no pets — service animals always welcome
- Two exterior security cameras face the street and one faces the backyard — outside only
- Professionally cleaned before every stay; all-white linens washed before and after each guest
- Stays of 3+ weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.

Getaway trip

Very easy check in process and a great location on the coast. Property vas very clean and perfect for my wife and I. There was access to a small but well stocked kitchen and there is a grocery store nearby if you like to make your own meals.

Very clean and modern unit. I really appreciated the coffee and condiments. Fully stocked kitchen with small stove and oven. Amazing water pressure in shower. Didn’t need for much except maybe foil or plastic wrap to keep my leftovers. Great communication with host. Parking was tight if other tenants didn’t stay inside their designated lines. And front gate would not stay latched, but overall pleasant stay. Perfect for two adult guests.

Excellent Vacation

We were very pleased with our stay. The house is only a short drive away from the grocery store, restaurants, the Bay Area and the ocean. Easy drive to and from the airport! Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Cozy and Quiet

Amenities exceeded expectations! Biggest bonus was its relative distance to most attractions and points of interest in and around SF, making the commute hassle and headache free! Would definitely book again!

Great communication from owner

I was having some trouble opening the front gate (my error) and the owner was quick to contact me and help me through it. Great safe location, nice TV, good kitchen, good shower.

Very clean, nicely appointed and the owner George was very responsive. Will book again. Only issue was internet signal spotty, if you need connection for zoom, it may be an issue. issue.

The unit was sufficient for our purpose. I wouldn't have children there or more than a couple because of limited space. Nice to have parking & secure gate access. Crowded area & difficult to see backing out, but easy access to everything. Needs a new futon/couch & pillows. Doesn't have baking sheet, but the pots & pans are stovetop and oven safe. Host was excellent! Responds promptly & very helpful with recommendations. I would stay again.

Perfect for us!!

We had a wonderful stay at George’s property. He gave us detailed instructions so check in was a breeze. We spent most of our days exploring San Francisco, Yosemite, and PCH. It was nice to come home to comfy bed in a safe neighborhood. We will be checking out his other properties also. He thinks of everything that you might need. Chargers, toiletries, sound machine, heater, and fan. It was so convenient. Thanks again, George!!

Clean place with great amenities and amazing host!

George's place in Pacifica was awesome! It was in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe and away from the main roads but still just a short trip in any direction to anywhere you'd want to go (San Francisco, etc.). The guesthouse itself was charming and had every amenity you could think of from phone charges of all kinds, coffee supplies, and more. It was also extremely clean and ready to go from the moment we walked in. George was also very communicative and helpful and was very gracious in our requests when we reached out to him. Quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile! Most importantly though, and I have to give George HUGE props for this, was the checkout process. As many are aware, many hosts have gotten absolutely ridiculous with their checkout requirements, often times giving the person staying their a laundry list of items to complete before leaving while still having the audacity of charging a cleaning fee. George's checkout process was dead simple: Lock the door when you leave. No folding towels, no running the dishwasher, just pack up and head out! Didn't mean to rant, but that has been one of my biggest gripes over the last few years and it really makes me smile that George is taking the extra care to be such a great host. I would highly recommend using any of his properties in the future!

Lovely place overall

Overall this was a lovely place, esp. for us fog-lovers! And we're thinking of staying here when we come back in December. It's easy to find, on a very quiet street, sweet neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, freeways, and to the shore. It was very clean and well-stocked and all the arrangements went without a hitch. But a few issues (at least for us) prevented us from giving 5 stars. First, the size of the TV and the way it's mounted in such a small space invites walking right into it for both tall(6'2") and short(5'4") guests. We had to shift the angle in order to walk safely past it and even then it was still in the way. Second, the auto-light in the bathroom is very bright which is problematic for guests whose sleep is disrupted by sudden light. There seemed to be no way to turn it off or dim it, though we managed to blocked it with a towel. The smaller plug-in night light was fine. Third, I almost cut my hand on a large knife while reaching into the kitchen utensils drawer. A knife that size should be stored where guests can easily see it. Fourth, the air freshener was overpowering and we had to unplug it immediately. This could be a big problem for guests who are really sensitive to strong odors. Fifth, the auto-open trash can lid needed a new battery or plug, it wasn't working for us.

My husband and I enjoyed the stay. It was so cozy and had everything we needed. As an travel nurse, Our favorite part was the coffee bar, we enjoyed the reusable cups while on the go, it saved us time and money. We hoped it was available thru the weekend so we could’ve extended the stay. Thanks George
