当初は1858年に建設され、1996年に現所有者によって改装されたPaddymelon Cottageに戻ります。 コテージには2つのベッドルーム、1つのバスルーム、食堂のキッチン、暖炉とスプリットシステムのエアコンが付いた居心地の良いリビングルームがあります。大型ベランダはコテージの前を回り、野外での座り込みを可能にします。フィリップ鉱山のサイト..

1ベッドルームにはクイーンサイズベッドがあり、もう1ベッドルームには二重布団ベッドとシングルベッドがあります。

すべてのリネンとタオルが用意されています。

キッチンには食器類、カトラリー、ダブルシンク、ファミリーサイズの冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、電子レンジ、ターボオーブンがあります。 キッチンテーブルは6人で快適に座ります。

This is a very cozy little place and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. Marlene was a wonderful host as she was very easy to reach and very polite. The property was very clean, neat and tidy. Very nice garden too.

Cosy cottage with many original features such as lead glass, fireplaces (but with modern heating and cooling), beautiful wooden floors and delightful bullnosed verandah. Convenient location, 5 minute walk into town and a stone throw from the Topshop for takeaway.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in this sweet and beautiful 1850’s heritage miners cottage situated within a short walk to town.It was so quiet,soothing and relaxing,we loved it so much that we will definately be coming back again.

Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage in Clunes.Everything was provided which was greatI just thought I should mention that there is a leak coming from the bathroom sink. The pipe at the back is very loose.I tried to contact you while we were there but it just went to messages and I didn’t hear back.

Lovely heritage cottage and equally lovely host. Quiet and relaxing place to stay for our long weekend away. The town is long past its boom days but retains a lot of its charm regardless as well as its recognition of its gold mining history and its focus on being a "Book Town", including a Booktown festival in March. The pub does a very enjoyable meal and a good coffee at one of the cafes and quality pie at the bakery is readily available. Easy drive to bigger centres and other small towns.

We are a retired couple with nine grandchildren. We moved to Clunes in 1996 and have enjoyed our involvement with the local community.
We are both artists, John is a musician and I am a painter-printmaker.
There are examples of my work hanging in the cottage.
When there is a vacancy in the cottage we enjoy evenings on the verandah..

This is a historical cottage, built in 1858 in a heritage street. Its proximity to the town centre allows guests a stay without driving. We have a unique view of the Port Philip mine which is one of the earliest digging sights during the gold rush.
While the cottage is totally self sufficient, we live in a building at the back and are available 24/7
