Very nice, comfortable 2 bedroom accommodation, good shower, reasonably comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen.Easy walking distance to everything you’d want to experience in Battery Point & Hobart.Just a street away to great pubs, cafes, restaurants & the river’s edge. Damian responds to all texts quickly.

Great stay

Could not have asked for a better location for our Hobart stay, Battery Point is charming. Accommodation was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and very quiet. Would re-book without hesitation.

Perfect all round

Great location and never have seen such a well equipped kitchen at an Apartment The host was great giving us info about the surrounds and letting us check out later than normal. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great apartment for 5 day trip.

Online booking was simple. Finding it was easy and parking well spaced. Fab neighbourhood and close enough to Salamanca and the wharf area. Apt was very comfy and well appointed.

Great place in great location

Neat and tidy unit in a fantastic location. Well equipped for our family of four. Mattresses and pillows are not great quality and the hot water is not getting the job done for four people (ran out of hot water under the shower more than once).

Great location

The property location was great, host was responsive and was able to sort out problems even though out of town. Blankets were a bit thin for winter so an extra heater was required.

Spotlessly clean property in great location

Very well appointed apartment with off street parking set in the Battery Point area. The property was spotlessly clean, check in was easy via key safe and communication with the property manager first class. The area is very quiet with good cafes and restaurants close by. Salamanca Place and the wharves are a short walk away. A good base from which to explore Hobart.

Battery Point

The apartment at Colville Street was in a great location for us to get to the sites we wanted to see. Damien was a great host and the apartment met all of our needs. We would highly recommend.

Great location

Well equipped apartment in a great location. Walking distance to Salamanca Place, markets and waterfront. Wonderful to simply wander around the local area for the history. It would be great if the apartment was numbered more clearly but we were lucky to arrive in daylight hours. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.
