This accommodation was ideal within walking distance from the beaches & main St of Sawtell. Would recommend Kooringal House to others for an awesome beachside stay!

Roomy and quiet accom with all needs met. Great undercover balcony with access from living areas and main bedroom offering views across parkland. Good walking access to Sawtell beaches and cafes.Attentive, professional host. Garage parking too.

The location of the property is within easy walking distance of cafes, beautiful Sawtell beach and hotels. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us and the host was prompt and great to liaise with. The home is exactly that, a home so it does contain all the personal items of its owners which they generously allow you to use. We used the home as a base for an event in busy Coffs so it was great to retreat to the less busy and beautiful Sawtell.

We stayed in this accommodation while we were in town for work. The house was very well located and had everything we needed making it a very comfortable stay. We will use this accommodation again when working in Coffs Harbour next time.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, Kooringal house was very comfortable and homey, with well appointed kitchen and very conveniently located for our visit, and we will definitely look it up when we next come up to Coffs and also recommend to others!

Lovely stay in Sawtell

We really enjoyed our week at this property in Sawtell. Everything our family needed was provided. We found it to be a very relaxing comfortable home and being within walking distance of the village and beach was superb.

This is our second time coming back here and we’ve always experienced great service and communication from Norelle. The place is always clean and got everything we needed. Definitely will be back again!

Home Away from Home

Fantastic Accomodation, everything you need when away from home. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Owner was fabulous and renting for the week was so easy and communication was fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again in the future.

Nice place

Had a great couple of days. Place was comfortable. Only thing to mention is the add should probably mention this is not a stand alone house but that someone is living underneath.

Quiet and Comfortable

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable with many extra comforts and staples provided by the owner/s. Lovely peaceful back deck and very close to town and the beach. Super close to the Coffs sports stadium. Highly recommend.

Great property

This house was amazing. It's a great location, easily walkable to everywhere but nice and quiet. The balcony got a variety of birdlife and this was so peaceful and relaxing. King bed was superbly comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would stay again very happily. Emma

Gorgeous getaway

Norelle, our host, communicated consistently with us, helping us to have a very pleasant stay. Sawtell is a beautiful place and the weather was very kind to us, too. The beds were were very comfortable and the water was hot - two important boxes ticked. 😊 Thank you, Norelle.

Home away from home

We are three elderly ladies, from ninety down. The house has a lovely homely feeling which appealed to us. We were able to walk to Sawtell which was nice. The house was lovely and clean, and the beds 🛏️ very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.
