ユニークなビーチフロントのコテージ/ヴィラである「サンペドロ」は、フランクストンの美しい賞を受賞したビーチで実際に砂の上に建てられた2つのうちの1つであり、トロピカルベリーズのサンペドロ島に触発されたトロピカルガーデン環境に設定されています。

ここでは、スパでくつろいだり、太陽が沈むのを眺めたり、正面玄関の外の透き通った海で泳いだりカヤック（付属）したりして、一日を過ごすことができます。

道路や高速道路を横断する必要はありません。ここはビーチ沿いの安全で静かなトロピカルヘブンにあります。 さらに、ショッピングモール、映画館、レストラン、カフェ、電車、バス、高速道路のアクセスがある賑やかなフランクストンの中心部まで徒歩わずか5分です。

Absolutely amazing

We had the best time !!! Beautiful clean property and lots of amenities. Loved the spa, loved the little walkway to the beach. Watched netflix chilled out on the beach, used the kayak which was my insta highlight. The hosts were very good. Pam was extremely responsive and made us feel very comfortable. We will be surely back

Perfect Frankston getaway

Just what we needed. Beautiful, peaceful beachfront property in a quiet neighborhood with great walking access to everything in Frankston. The massage chair and spa were the icing on the cake. Great communication start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The view!!!

Lovely neat, and clean property. The view was absolutely amazing, even on a wet weekend in Melbourne! The property was very comfortable for us, our 3 kids and our dog. Ivana was a great host, leaving out snacks and she was very fast to respond to messages. Highly recommend.

San Pedro

We had a great stay at San Pedro. The property was very clean and was well equipped. The location was fabulous and the views were to die for, we would definitely recommend the property to others , it was amazing; our fur baby loved it to ! Ivana was amazing to deal with and considering we had to change the booking 5 times due to Covid lockdowns , she was extremely considerate and understanding, do yourself a favour and go stay there, you won’t regret it.

Wow!

What a stunning view & a lovely space! We were welcomed with a few sweet treats & a warm fire. We booked for 3 nights but these super hosts offered for us to stay longer due to Melbourne’s Lockdown! Amazing people great holiday!

Terrific location

We had a wonderful stay at San Pedro, there truly aren’t to many times you are able to exit your accom adaption straight onto the sand and straight out to the beach. Waking up to the water views and taking the dogs down the steps to the beach was heaven. Communication with Ivana was friendly and easy. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s got it all. The little treats provided were an added bonus.

Fantastic location

Lovely view, great amenities, nice host. We would definitely stay again. Loved the outdoor furniture and spa especially when the weather was not good. Kitchen was great too. Thanks Sam Pedro for a great 4 days!

Absolutely loved it

Myself, my wife and 2 small dogs came down for the long weekend to relax, walk along the beach and just do nothing. The hot tub was great, we would myself and the wife would sit in that every morning and night watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Thanks for letting us use your place and will definitely recommend.

We were very excited about staying here after reading all the reviews. However, even though we paid for two nights, we left after one. This place is advertised as a whole house, when in fact it’s a unit on the first floor of a house. While the downstairs apartments seemed empty, (the curtains were drawn, but lights were on), the accommodation is all on the first floor, which means steep stairs via the front and rear access. The place is advertised as pet friendly, but we have very small dogs and they couldn’t manage the stairs which meant we had to take the dogs out to go to the toilet. The back yard isn’t enclosed, so there’s only the narrow, paved walkway area leading to the front door where dogs can be left safely outside. The worst thing for us was that the beach is closed to dogs between 9am and 7.30pm, even on a lead. You can’t have them on the beach at all. It would be nice to have known this, especially as it’s promoted as pet friendly. The sheets on the bed, while clean, had holes in them. There was no regular tea, only peppermint, and only instant coffee. We ordered takeout and when we went to pick it up, couldn’t get the roller door to open. My husband is handy and was able to get it working, but it took long enough to make our food cold. If you stay there, don’t use the roller door, leave it open. There’s also no cooling in the only bedroom. All in all, we were very disappointed. It’s not cheap to stay here, but we were happy to pay if it was worth it. We left early even though we’d paid for another night because it simply wasn’t worth staying there with all the limitations.

Faultless! Amazing location & very accommodating

Myself and some friends stayed at this amazing property for 4 days and loved it! The views are incredible, location was perfect - very short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants as well. So much entertainment supplied (games, movies, tv etc) and the spa and kayaks were were amazing to have. Owners were extremely nice and super accommodating in regards to every enquiry I had, and were reachable all weekend. Perfect location, great layout with a modern interior and super relaxing and entertaining. Weather was cold all weekend but we still managed to have a great stay the entire time, we'll be coming back!
