1of 7cottages centrally secluded in town close to all conveniences such as restaurants, grocery store, live music theater, shops, marina, caverns, visitor center and more. The pristine waters of Bull Shoals lake is walking or driving just minutes downhill (when lake height allows) to a boat dock in a peaceful cove where wildlife abounds.
The rustic cottage has 2 bedrooms with a full and twin size bed in each bedroom (4 beds). The living room is open concept with kitchen having a sofa sleeper, recliner, cable t.v., eating area, refrigerator, stove, pots&pans, dishes & glassware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. Out door is a bbq grill, lawn furniture and picnic table. The grounds have a shared seasonal swimming pool, playland and boat dock. There is ample parking for vehicles and boats.

Very Friendly and Clean!

We were here for a fishing tournament. The owner of the place is very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. This place is Boat friendly and very convenient!

The property owner was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and friendly. We did think that we would be closer to the water, and the boat dock more accessible, but that didn't hinder us having a good time while there.

Thank you Joy for staying with us. Mother Nature allowed the lake to drop to normal levels so now there is a parking lot and shoreline to walk to the dock. Makes getting to the dock easy once again. We hope to have you stay with us again.

Perfect retreat

Property was perfect, right by the weigh in ramp. Cabin slept 5 of us comfortably and where able to park two trucks, boats, and trailers at the cabin. Loved the gas fireplace!

Wonderful!

We all decided this was one of our best vacations yet! Thanks to Kathryn and her husband for helping to make it absolutely wonderful! We definitely recommend them to anyone headed to the Bull Shoals/White River area! They made our stay very comfortable!

Spring get away

We wanted to get away for a little bit. The place was just like it was listed. Only problem was the lake was extremely high due to all the rain. They gave us different places to put in our boat and got us a discount at the marina where we could store our boat.
