これは、袋小路の終わりにある新しい4ベッドルームの家です。

4ベッドルーム（キングサイズ1台、ダブルサイズ2台、ダブルサイズ1台/シングルバンク1台）の家は9名様までご利用いただけます。 リクエストに応じて、キングベッド用のリネンが提供されます。その他のリネンはすべてゲストが提供します。

2つのバスルーム、エンターテインメント用の大きな家族/ダイニングルーム、逃げるラウンジルームがあります。

広大なベランダから海の景色を楽しみ、5つの地元のビーチの1つで日光浴/サーフィン/釣りを楽しんだり、近くのコミュニティコートでテニスを楽しんだり、家に戻ったブッシュランドを歩いたり、6 kmの絵のように美しい道をサイクリングナルーマへの海岸線をたどります。

安全なラグーンと子供用の遊び場が近くにあります。 ショップ（IGA、ニュースエージェンシー、テイクアウト、コーヒーショップ、美容院）は徒歩圏内です。

カヤック、ブギーボード、プレイステーション+ゲーム、バーベキュー、2台のテレビ+ DVDプレーヤー+ DVD、およびステレオ、FoxtelおよびWi-Fiがすべて使用可能です。

Beautifully maintained property that has room for everyone to relax. Everything needed to cook and stay in, and close to all the good things in the area. Kids loved the pool table yet again.

Superb Holiday Stay

We had a wonderful time at Yabbarra Beach House. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The neighbourhood and location was also excellent. Communication with house owner was always easy and accessible. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Perfect location

Patrick was a very gracious host and the view is wonderful. We got to see a momma kangaroo with her baby eating grass early in the morning. Narooma is a beautiful location.

Great location, house is really well set up with everything you need. Easy drive to Narooma or various beaches. Absolutely loved the fireplace and had a great time!

Weekend getaway

Very good accommodation and the price very reasonable. The area is beautiful and the position of the house perfect for privacy and views of the ocean. The living area is very spacious and with comfortable lounges. Beds and pillows are very comfortable as well. Very clean home. The kitchen is well equipped but couple of frypans need to be changed. A little more attention with the cleaning of the kitchen drawers as not all were cleaned. It’s a beautiful kitchen and pleasure to cook. Another small remark for improvement is the supply of the towels, there was no hand towels. Communication with the owner was excellent. I will recommend this place to anyone that wants value for money and more.

Perfect January Holiday

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The property is walking distance to amenities- IGA, Newsagent, Take Away shop, Dalmeny Beach and in a great spot to take advantage of the walking track along the coastline. The property was clean and comfortable for 7 adults and Pat was lovely to deal with. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Beautiful beach view house in Dalmeny

Property as advertised. Perfectly family home located in beautiful Dalmeny, plenty of room with everything you need, close to the beach and just up the road from Narooma. Very clean and comfortable. Trouble free stay. Had a great family holiday and Patrick was a pleasure to deal.

Fantastic house in a great location

Dalmeny is a beautiful little town! Unfortunately we were there during the bushfires and were stuck without power for a few days however during this time Patrick was so helpful and attentive. Communication with Patrick and prompt and easy. The house was fantastic. Has everything you need and plenty of space! We will definitely return to Dalmeny at another time, hopefully without fires and smoke so we can enjoy the beautiful area and beaches!

Fantastic house

We are eight kayaking ladies and we stayed for one night in this fantastic house. It was exactly as the photos on the website. Very spacious with two separate living areas, four bedrooms, ocean views in a quiet street. We were very happy with our overnight stay and look forward to our next stay very soon

Completely wonderful!

The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything to make us feel totally comfortable and relaxed. I cannot fault this property. The area is stunning, the neighbours were friendly and the homeowner was very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good for the soul

We stayed 2 nights and loved Yabbarra Beach House. It is in prime position - close to bike tracks and next door to Narooma. The kids loved the pool table area and the bikes. I loved sitting in the swing, watching the beautiful birds and just relaxing - perfect for a full time worker. Sitting in front of the fire at night was magic. Patrick's communication was awesome and our stay was just what we needed. Thank you!

The property was fabulous value with beautiful views of the coastline . The house had everything you need for a weekend away, spacious bright and airy. The communication was made easier by the owner Patrick who went over and beyond to accommodate our needs, even offered us a late check out. Great location, comfortable stay

Thanks Pat for letting us stay at the place. It was great location to Dalmeny beach and Narooma Bar Beach. We had loads of fun with the board games and had a comfortable stay. I felt asleep at the couch many times because it was soo comfortable. Thanks again!
