Scenic dog-friendly holiday house

Our extended family loved the outlook over the bay and watching the pelicans. We enjoyed kayaking straight off our front yard. We were cozy and warm in the lounge and beds, even when a massive storm set in. The gated balcony was great to keep our dog from chasing the visiting kangas and birds as we BarBQd. The landlord was very friendly and responsive via text messages.

Wholesome family fun

We absolutely loved this property. We have 4 busy boys; and they loved riding their bikes around the quiet streets and to the boardwalk, collecting crabs on the beach, and paddle boarding in the shallow waters. We usually plan loads of activities on holidays but found ourselves spending most of the time on the water or riding sround. It was just divine. Dale the host was wonderful to deal with and arranged a cleaner and took our booking at the very last minute. Our boys loved the bunk beds and there is a high chair and portacot for little ones. The water pressure for the showers needs mentioning - it was HEAVENLY!!! We saw kangaroos and had a fire in the evening. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property and lovely location. Dale was lovely to deal with. Plenty of room for all our family and our dog Louie. The evening sunset over the water was amazing with varied wildlife visitors (pelicans and kangaroos).Only one negative to report and that would be the less than desirable neighbours and their obnoxious signs and cameras which marred an otherwise peaceful outlook from the back deck.

Perfect break away

Clean, everything we needed plus more, amazing views, amazing host, Dale replied fast and was very accommodating. We loved the welcome package. Our puppy thought she owned the beach. We will definately be back. My elderly parents loved it too. The shops were only 15 mins away, but we went for quiet and peaceful and we got that 10000%. Best home we have stayed in.

Unique Experience, heaps of space.

This property undersells itself in my eyes. Kangaroos will come and visit you, can be intimidating, but they were fine with me and my kids. Large Gas BBQ not shown in pics, WIFI not stated but exists, relaxing and chilled atmosphere. Fireplace is sensational and gives off tremendous heat. bring long sleeve clothes/repellant (mozzies), a torch/lighter to light firepit(we used the stove, and then bought matches) axe to chop wood into kindling, or you can get at coles or nearby, we used a water bucket - but more mats would be nice for transition to inside/outside, places close early 5-7.. Chinese shop opens latest, makes sure you actually book it, it 100% fills up, quality is fantastic though. I caught 30+cm bream, sand whiting, crab size of my fist.. millions of crabs and nippers in the sand for bait.. the cameras/signs can be intimidating, the neighbours were pleasant, lots of mangroves for snags so rig accordingly. Water is hot, shower pressure is good, sparse and clean, not cluttered. This is more homely than luxury beachside, the changing tide is significant, but that's great for kids and changes up the landscape to play in the sand, chase crabs etc.. we brought a bait pump.. sensational. I would update TV system if i owned ppty, can access smart tv functions via the DVD player. older tech. bring beach shoes and/or wellington boots. I would return to this property and make better use/time of the kayaks and different fishing opportunities.

Interesting Experience

Nice house only meters away from the water edge in a quiet suburb. We caught two fish at night after arrival from the backyard on a rising tide, one was a legal size flathead and the other was a 37cm bream so we were stoked. The sandflat was exposed during low tide with plenty of yabbies and small crabs everywhere to collect for baits. Because of the flat sandy bank, our boat was stranded on the sand during low tide, and we had to wait for the next half up tide before we could hop into the boat and drive away. Our only 3 hours on the water caught 6 shovel nose sharks (4 released), three blueswimmers, and a few whitings. It was quite productive for our first attempt and showed the water has abundanta

PINDIMAR PARADISE

A fantastic location, absolutely stunning, we were definitely not disappointed. The house & all ammenities were perfect. Dale was a wonderful host, extremely helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Heaven on earth

We stayed 4 nights at Blue Bundaleer and it was absolute perfection. Everything about the property, the house and its location, exceeded our expectations. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and has a fantastic covered verandah that overlooks the water. Lounging on the verandah, was incredibly relaxing and also exciting when watching local kangaroos visiting and grazing in the backyard. Although the backyard is not completely fenced, our small dog was always enclosed and safe. The frontyard is completely fenced and the large back verandah is also completely enclosed. The house is very dog friendly and our dog enjoyed the holiday as much as we did! Communication with Dale, the owner, was very easy. He always replied promptly to our questions, provided very clear instructions about the check in process, and also gave helpful tips about the local area. In addition to this, we were greeted with a welcome pack upon arrival. We are already looking forward to our next holiday at Blue Bundaleer!

Peaceful getaway with lots of wildlife

Great for wildlife spotting. Sandpipers on the mudflats, eagles regularly flew overhead. Saw dolphins swim past. Kangaroos every evening. Lovely fire pit. Secure fencing to keep pets & kids safe. Kitchen well provisioned.

Heavenly abode

The property had that homely touch , well maintained and well equipped with essentials . The highlight was the location , it was as advertised - absolute waterfront . Enjoyed the company of kangaroos, kayaks were bonus , hospitality provided by the friendly owner Dale was amazing. Will definitely be staying in this heavenly place in our next visit .

Avoid this property at all costs - terrible and unclean

If it was possible to give zero stars then that is what this place deserves. This property is waterfront but that is the only attribute advertised by the owner that is accurate. You can find better places than this mess. The house was dirty and musty. Everything in it feels like it was bought at a junk shop except for the stove which looked OK but the oven was dirty. CCTV everywhere - do not believe the owner when he states CCTV not operating when paying guests are in residence as the lights were blinking the entire time we were there The whole stay was uncomfortable. The waterfront is not a beach like in the photo but is a mangrove area. Priority is overpriced and is to be avoided at all costs. Do yourself a service and find somewhere to stay where the cleaning is done properly so you can holiday without dust, dirt, mold, mildew smelly carpet and second rate interior. Check in process is a joke as the keys were in an open box at a real estate in someone else’s name and then we found a set of keys in the open meter box - so not sure who else had access to the property without us knowing This is not a place for a happy holiday.

Amazing location

Lovely accommodation with plenty of room for a family with adult children that is located in an amazing location. Our stay was relaxing and very peaceful and we loved stepping out of the house and being right on the bay. It was great to find a place that also welcomed our family dog. We enjoyed the evening visits by the local kangaroos and wandering along the shore at low tide. Even though the weather was mixed it didn't detract from our stay due to the location and accommodation. Dale is an amazing host who provided excellent service by checking in that all is in order and being available to contact if needed. We will definitely be back.

A hidden gem

Lovely comfortavle place! So close to the water. Calm and very peaceful. So many things to do. Swimming, kayaking (provided by the host), bush walks, games, Bon fire. Had a wonderful time. Will surely book again.

Superb Peaceful Waterfront Location

We had a fantastic week at Blue Bundaleer. The property exceeded our expectations and they were high to begin with. The owner Dale could not have been more accommodating and helpful particularly with re-scheduling of our dates due to Covid. Would recommend this property to any family, couple or small group looking for a relaxing getaway. Great house, great location and views are superb. Thanks Dale.

What an amazing place, beautiful house big cosy and comfortable, with a fantastic view. It’s a gem

Excellent services from start to end. Dale was great gave it a personal touch with welcome hamper. So much to see dolphins, pelicans and lots of kangaroos. The family and dog had an amazing time so much to do. Will definitely return.

Relaxing waterfront location

Our family of 4 (all adults) spent a wonderful relaxing weekend. Even the wet, cold, windy weather didn’t stop us from enjoying the surrounding area including a trip to nearby Hawks Nest, Tea Gardens and walks with our dogs on the sand at the rear of the house at low tide. We loved watching the kangaroos visit in the morning and afternoon. Our dogs had a great time playing ball in the backyard and were well and truly tired out by the time we returned home. The host Dale is extremely helpful and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. We would definitely love to return - hopefully on a warmer weekend so we can enjoy some water time.
