Hi Shyam Thank you so much for the feedback and we hope to have you back again I will arrange for small column heaters to be put in each room during winter so doors do not have to be kept open, i think this is a good idea... thanks As for he Kangaroos, most guests love them to visit each morning and evening and enjoy feeding them, i am unsure if i can do anything about this as fences are restricted in the area and they would probably jump them anyway.. sorry about that, wild animals tend to do what they want when they want... :) Thanks anyway for the feedback Dale

We are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Over the more that five years of hosting this property we have welcomed families, children and pets and these guests have returned time and time again and some have become family friends. It is unfortunate to hear this from you Annette and your stay however to be fair i should have offered you to cancel this booking before you came as the red lights were flashing even before you checked in with the demands and comments you made, i knew they would never be happy.. I must note that they stayed the full term of their booking even though they complained endlessly about everything.. including the sand on the beach and the wild Kangaroos coming onto the lawn. A week into their stay they complained about the home being dirty and i sent the cleaner around that same day and the cleaner did not find anything out of order and any mess was probably caused by having 8 adults in the home for more than a week...The guests then were very rude to the cleaner and then to myself.. To complain that the property was too expensive is interesting, they knew the price before the booking and i would challenge them to get a property of this location and quality for less.. at an average of $350 per night for a four bedroom home on the water for 8 adults (Probably more from what i was told) this is less than $45 per person per night.. This is not a 6 star resort and was never advertised as such, it is a family home on the beach for all to enjoy and feel at home. For any references on this property and host i would just read the numerous other 5 star ratings i have received as most of our guests have been back time and time again. I have been very fortunate that over the 5 years of myself hosting the property i have not come across guests like this. and hope never too again...
