This place was clean quite and in a good area. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as we were the for almost 3 weeks. There is a pool downstairs and plenty of parking. Good bar/restaurant across the street called the Local store also Linda’s and Bingo. The beach is about 15min walk so I recommend getting a car or taking a taxi.

We really enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The condo was as listed and beach is nearby that you can either walk or drive. David is an excellent host, quick to respond to any of our needs. We had a pleasure meeting Miguel as well who helped us with local restaurants and sightseeing tips

The property was exactly what is listed! Due to some construction (which I understand has to happen) it was a tad noisy the last two days of our stay in the morning. As I said preventive has to be done so the noise was inevitable. The washer and dryer were so convenient! Miguel was extremely friendly and approachable! The location could not be more perfect for the North End of the island. The pool was a fabulous respite from the waves and adventures we went on!

it was a nice place good location

enjoyed my third time in Aruba, the weather, the ocean , very nice locals, did a few activities, found a few restaurants that had great food, and enjoyed my birthday on the 4th of July

Great location, Quiet, and Very Spacious!

Walking distance to Palm Beach. Great restaurants are nearby, like the Local Store and Pikas! The property has two pools nearby; it was quiet at night and I'd most definitely stay here again.

So thankful we stayed here.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to make our time in Aruba even more enjoyable. It was close to everything yet so peaceful too.

What a great condo. Within 10-15 nice walk to palm beach. Beautiful interior and excellent view. Owner wonderful to work with. Very clean property.

Excellent Stay! Great location and property

My girlfriend and I had a great stay here. Appartement is modern with everything you need. Close to the beach ( 15 min walk ) and to different restaurants. Condo has 2 neat pools that are both maintained well. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of parking available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

This third floor (top floor) apartment was clean, safe, and secure. I rented a local car rental which made everything easy to get to. Palm Beach is 1.4 km to the East. There are many delicious restaurants in walking distance and the staff were attentive and hospitable. I would return!
