ヴィラは、プライベートゲートのプンタカナリゾート＆クラブ（puntacana。com）内のトルトゥーガベイにあります。 プンタカナで最も高級なリゾートは、プンタカナ国際空港からわずか5分です。

ヴィラアルモニアに到着するとすぐに、日常生活のストレスがすべてなくなり、すぐに「休暇モード」に切り替わります。

毎日のハウスキーピングサービスにより、ヴィラは常に清潔に保たれます。 ご要望があれば、ハウスキーパーがご家族やご友人に素晴らしい食事（朝食と夕食）をご提供いたします。 島の最高のシェフによるオンサイトケータリングも手配できます。

ハウスキーパーは住み込みで、40ドルの料金で滞在期間が必要です。 1日00ドル、20ドル。食事の場合は1日につき00を追加します（食事の準備には何日でもリクエストできますが、毎日である必要はありません）。

Magical Vacations

We spent incredible days in Punta Cana, a trip with family and friends in a charming place. The communication with Robin was super good and fast with good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit, Altagracia in the house added even more to our stay, as well as the attention of Santana and Dahaina. We are already planning our next visit to Villa Armonía!

Everything you need

This place is everything you could possibly need for a great visit to PC. The location is perfect - in a beautiful neighborhood of exclusive homes, near the beach, and a short walk to a nice restaurant. The pool is great. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable. You can't beat a nice new kitchen. This is one great spot.

Paradise Paradise Paradise

Ultimately this hidden gem is more than what was expected!! From the extremely spacious home to the privacy and location and to the actual size of the Punta Cana Resort that it resides in. I was blown away by not only the home but the hospitality of Robin and her team of house managers and other service providers. Robin truly makes this a memorable experience that you will never forget and I can not wait to go back with my family again!!

Unforgettable Family Experience

My family of 6 stayed in Tortuga Bay for spring break. We had the absolutely best time. Altagracia - the housekeeper - was so amazing and cooked food that would make your heart melt. The communication and coordination for pick-ups, drop-offs, and excursions was flawless. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for a VIP experience. You will NOT regret it!

Week in punta cana

The house was very nice , we arrived on Saturday and Sunday to Thursday we had no hot water, never talked the the property manager she came one time brought stuff to the maid and we were sitting there and never acknowledged us there , was told by the owner that we could go to the westin for the beach , went one day then we were told by gate person that we had to stay there to use the beach , was not a good trip

We are so sorry about the hot water situation - as soon as we learned what the issue was, we contacted the company. Unfortunately, it took 36 hours for them to come and service the house. For this inconvenience, we offered you and your family a special dinner at one of our favorite restaurants on the resort. Dahiana, our house manager is always incredibly responsive. She visited the house at least twice during your stay - once, I think she missed you! Again, we truly apologize for the hot water issue. And we are very confused by the Westin - all are welcome at their restaurants, etc.!

My husband and I stayed at Robin’s beautiful home for 3 weeks. Our children and grandchildren came throughout our stay. Total all together was 13, (8 adults and 5 young children) There was plenty of room and everyone had a great trip. The location is perfect, 5 - 10 golf cart ride to 3 beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. Dahiana the property manager, was quick to respond and accommodate anything we needed. The owner Robin was excellent as well. She contacted us to make sure everything was going well. We felt safe in the gated, secure community. It’s only 5 minutes from the airport and 10 to the grocery store and Blue Mall along with the little village, by car. We rented a car because of our long stay. We definitely plan to go back and would highly recommend this beautiful, spacious home!

Birthday Celebration

We wanted to celebrate some very special birthdays that had to be postpone because of COVID and we found Robin's house. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Communication was easy and fast, the house was wonderful, the area super safe and beautiful and Altagracia was so helpful. Our younger daughter loved driving the golf cart everywhere. We had an unforgettable time. Highly recommended. Thank you Robin, you are awesome:))

Always a lively stay in tortuga bay

Robin was so fantastic. She was always quick to respond and very accommodating. Tortuga Bay is an awesome place to stay if you want relaxation and privacy. Our overall stay was fantastic though and we enjoyed our trip. The cleaning person was nice but not hospitable or very attentive. The daily cleaning option is basically just making of daily beds and washing towels. There were no extra linen available even when asked. Only 6 pool towels and also no more than that when we asked-we were 11 people. The kitchen needed a better job at cleaning at first glance such as the fridge and cabinets etc.

Family Friendly Paradise in Punta Cana Resort and Club

We can't wait to visit again!!! The home, the resort and Robin, Altagracia and Santana were absolutely wonderful. Robin, the owner, was proactive, reaching out to us months in advance of our trip to help coordinate anything we needed and incredibly responsive during our stay as well. Alragracia was a wonderful cook and so sweet to us and our kids during our stay, and Santana was so helpful from providing rides to coordinating trips and golf cart rentals. The home is a perfect layout for families, with 3 primary suites and a separate living room upstairs a huge, private backyard and pool and a few minute golf cart to anywhere on the property you desire to be. The resort itself is one of our favorite destinations anywhere - close to the airport but feels miles away from everything with the most beautiful beach club, a playground with a petting zoo, wonderful golf and more. Daydreaming of our return.

Fabulous house

Everything was perfect. The house is very comfortable. Very clean. Great house. Robin is very kind. Always available. Eveytime I need helped Robin was there, but Omar was very dificult to contact. Altagracia de housekeeper is the best. We are so gratefull of her. The best Mangu ever. Also Chiquito is a great guy, always available. He get us fresh coconut. Finally everything waa great! Thanks Robin, Altagracia and Chiquito!

Great Vacation

Our family of 5 had a great 7 day vacation at Villa Armonia. The villa is located in Tortuga, the best location in the Punta Can Resort, within walking distance of golf, tennis and the beach. The villa is only 5 minutes from the airport, and many restaurants in the resort and Punta Cana Village. Robin was terrific responding to questions prior to and during our stay, and the housekeeper, Altagracia, did a wonderful job of keeping the house clean, while never getting in our way. Robin provided us with a Covid resting lab, Laboratorio Villavicencio, in Punta Cana Village that was awesome in arranging for testing. The house has 5 spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax both inside and outside. We had a rental car and golf cart. We welcome the opportunity to stay at Villa Armonia again.

Fantastic Home in Paradise

We are a family of 10, so travel can be interesting. The property was very nice, the pictures and descriptions are accurate. We stayed for 8 days. I would recommend renting the golf carts. The property is very large and there is a lot to explore. We spent a couple of days at the beach, but the pool area at the house was so nice we found ourselves spending every waking hour there. Altagracia was always available and took great care of us, the meals she prepared were great. Read through all the information that is provided prior to the trip, it is very useful, and helps you understand what to expect. Santana was great to work with as well. Go swim in the lagoons, we were charged $10/person, but it is definitely worth that. I hope we are able to come back for another stay, soon.

Beautiful, relaxing, clean, and comfortable.

I can't say enough about this beautiful home and the wonderful Resort it is located within. Upon our arrival at the airport we were met by the property manager and after a short ride arrived at Harmony. This is a great property to vacation with family and friends. The property is well maintained, clean, quiet and very spacious. There is plenty of place for both adults and kids to enjoy. The pool area, which also has a wonderful covered area is a perfect place to relax and have a good time. The staff provided excellent service and were very pleasant. The housekeeper keep the house clean and is afantastic cook if you choose to have her prepare some meals. It is a short golf card ride to the amenities provided by the resort which include amazing beaches, restaurants, spas, and tennis and golf facilities. Also the distance to shops, grocery store and restaurants outside the resort are easily accessible to explore. Again a wonderful place and a beautiful Island. Looking forward to return again.

My New Favorite Place!

After staying here, I cannot stay anywhere else in the Dominican Republic, EVER! The villa is beautiful and great for groups but the real gem about this place is the people. We came to celebrate a bachelorette and every person involved with this villa made the trip special. Robin and Dahiana, the house managers, are super communicative before and during the trip. Helped us with any questions and really insured we were taken care of. Altagracia, the housekeeper, is the sweetest person. Kept the house spotless and always made sure we had fresh towels throughout the day. She even cooked us the most amazing meal, so fresh and delicious, that our group will be dreaming about it forever. Santana helped us plan all of our adventures outside the villa making sure we had reservations, transportation, etc. I messaged him constantly with questions before the trip and he helped pick out all the best experiences for our group. Manuel, who works with Santana as the driver, was also so wonderful and really became part of our group throughout the weekend. Basically, if you want to have a wonderful vacation, this villa and the people involved with it will make sure it happens. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing Relaxing Week

From checking to check out the villa was great. Robin who is the owner and host responded to every request. Dahiana house manager responded in the same manner and often stopped by to check on us. The cook was everything as advertised and she made some amazing meals. The golf cart was not in very good shape and the host/house manager had nothing to do with this issue. Would have preferred a golf cart that was in great condition but we used the cart in a safe manner. Dahiana did an amazing job shopping and she was so nice to my family. In fact the host the manager and the cook were extremely nice and kind people. One issue was the TVs never worked but we were able to log in on YouTube. To be honest not watching TV wasn’t that bad. Lastly the villa could use a few upgrades but don’t take that remark the wrong way. This was a great vacation and that could be because we are retired Air Force veterans and we are self sufficient. Thank you Robin, Dahiana aka princess and Altagracia aka the chef. Ten stars. Now let’s start planning for next year. We will need four on suite bathrooms. 😉

Incredible Stay for 4 Golfing Buddies

Four friends from Toronto have been doing an annual winter/spring golf trip for 5 years now and this was our best. It was also our first time in a villa rather than resort hotel. The villa is in the middle of the very large Punta Cana resort, making a car or a golf cart (latter was our option) a necessity. With 5 bedrooms, it was much larger than we needed for the 4 of us, but it was extremely comfortable. Starting with the villa manager Santana picking us up at the airport for the very short ride to the villa and ending with his dropping us off at the airport 4 days later, the trip was close to perfection. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, there is plenty of lounging space, the 2 TV's carry a wide selection of channels, the pool is reasonably-sized and clean. The housekeeper Altragracia kept the place clean and tidy in a very timely and discreet manner. She is also available to cook breakfasts and dinner for a fee, but we decided to rely on ourselves for breakfast and ate our lunches and dinners out, so I can provide no feedback on her culinary skills. The resort boasts two golf courses - one 27-hol and one 18 and we had three very enjoyable rounds there and one offsite. The villa owner arranged for us to be able to play on the resort at owner rates which was a plus. Santana was available (easiest by WhatsApp) to help as required. The only issue we had was that our golf cart (I think a resort rental) got overheated after a particularly long drive and he made available the alternative cart that was at the villa (owner's cart?) so we were not inconvenienced in any way. The only thing I can think of that could have made it better is if the villa had been on the waterfront, but then I guess we would have had to pay twice as much! In summary, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Beautiful home with absolutely everything we hoped!

This home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, perfectly positioned near the beach, restaurants, etc.. We will never stay anywhere else in Punta Cana ever again- as this home is truly a gem! The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and has a lovely pool, multiple patios, and large back yard to play games in (volley ball, soccer). The inside of the home is fully equipped with everything you might need. The bedrooms are massive and there are endless bathrooms. Right from the start of inquiring about the property, I was impressed with the owner's (Robin) responses. She provided us with a ton of information and offered us fantastic ideas. She also was responsive DURING our trip, when we had questions. The house staff with was beyond professional and exceeded our expectations. Altagracia cooked for us and her food was incredibly delicious! Chiquito took care of the property and Santana handled all of our driving needs. We have rented many homes through VRBO, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Spring Break 2019

Home was nice, (interior paint job is poor quality, there was enough hot water for all of us to shower) Altagacia is an amazing cook! Need to have a rental car. The golf cart runs out of charge quickly and taxi r way expensive to go any where. Both bikes need repair. When we got picked up at the airport they didn’t have the correct name on the card(had hartfield—atlanta’s Airport name) so it took us nearly 2H to figure it out as we didn’t have any phone numbers. We emailed Jena put it took time for her to respond. Thank you to DBS tours who helped us contact Santana or we’d still be there:). Pool was small but warm and relaxing. The ceiling fans and the AC’s kept it cool and comfortable.

Thank you for staying at the Villa. Our villa was renovated when we purchased it 3 years ago and the paint job was done by the contractors: please let us know if there was a spot that did not look right so that it can be addressed immediately. It was an unfortunate occurrence at the airport for you and your family, but as with every guest who visits our villa, a few days prior to your arrival, I sent an email with all the necessary contact information about pick up along with your flight information to be confirmed. Santana’s contact number, the villa’s phone number, as well as my cell number was in that email. Thank you for your kind words for Altragracia, she is an exemplary employee as are Chiquito and Santana. In one of the many emails your wife sent me, she stated that she and Susan felt “spoiled“ by the care Altragracia & Chiquito gave during your stay. The golf cart which was given to your family for use, free of charge (typically 70.00 per day is charged) is electric and needs to be charged overnight. As a group of eight, I did recommend a second cart for your group which was refused, we have never had a problem with it maintaining its charge for an entire day within a reasonable amount of trips to the beach club, Westin and then even to dinner. Bicycles as well are there for your enjoyment for no charge: we try to fix any issue immediately but this is the first I am hearing about the problem. Last I heard from your wife, she thanked me and responded that you would give a “Rave” review...I always strive to go above and beyond and respond to questions/requests/issues quickly and pleasantly.

Relaxing week at a great villa

We had a great stay at Villa Armonia. The coordination with Jena prior to our departure was excellent, the villa itself is very spacious, including the pool, and has everything you need. The pictures don’t quite do it justice, it’s a very nice Villa in one of the best communities inside the Punta Cana Resort, just 5 min from the club house incl. beach access. The housekeeper Altagracia is lovely and a great cook. We may come back!

The house is perfect, better than the pictures! All the persons that works in the house are great (AltaGracia and Chiquito). I will come back for sure!
