Hi I'm Devin, along with my husband Andrew, we've been navigating life's twists and turns for over a decade, raising two lively boys aged 9 and 11. Family comes first for us, and we love nothing more than exploring new places together, often with our parents or best friends in tow.

As graduates of Indiana University, Bloomington holds a special place in our hearts. Its bustling atmosphere and array of activities and dining spots make it the perfect place to call home. That's why we've invested in properties here, aiming to offer guests the same
comfort and convenience we enjoy.

Our journey into short-term rentals began unexpectedly when we acquired Bear's Place, a local college bar, in 2014. This prompted our venture into hospitality, and we now own & manage six properties, ranging from cozy spots in Bloomington to beachfront condos in Palm Beach, Florida, and a sprawling family estate in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's a diverse mix that keeps things interesting.

With a keen eye for cleanliness, hospitality, communication, and design, I strive to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. Our goal is simple: exceed expectations and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

When I'm not busy with our rental business, you'll find me volunteering at my sons' school or breaking a sweat at Orange Theory. And when it's time to unwind, there's nothing better than enjoying a cold IPA with my husband, Andrew, or working on a new DIY project with my father.
