The house itself is one we have stayed in twice before. I have never had a problem checking-in before, but this time was dreadful. I was shunted on to another site VRBO (I think) and had to use a 6 digit code -no luck, tried about 15 different times and even when I entered the code in the allocated 15 minute time frame, still said "invalid" Was so frustrating I ended up contacting the owner of the house direct - I didn't want to do it, but had dealt with Julian before. Luckily, he provided all the info I needed. We will very likely go to the same address in Feb, 2025, but if I possibly can, will deal directly with Julian. I have used STAYZ many, many times (for our Feb. stays in Ledge) and have never encountered a more frustrating episode as this year.
