Ideal location

Comfortable beds, everything you need except towels, convenient location easy walk to everything. We had an ongoing electrical fault the tripped the circuit multiple times.

The place could do a bit more updating on some facilities. Otherwise, John was easy and friendly to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay at Beachport.

Long weekend

This property is ideally located in Beachport, a short walk to the Jetty. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable with good quality sheets etc. Small kitchen area was ideal for us, modern china and cutlery, full size cooker, BBQ in garage. We did eat at the famous Crayfest which was on Saturday, the main reason for our stay. The Beachport hotel has a great menu but you need to book, food and service was good. Easy communication with our host. We would stay again.

Beachport fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and having the second toilet and rumpus room downstairs certainly helped our family holiday. The fire pit was a great feature however we didn’t get to use it as the weather turned wet. The house does need some maintenance as there were several lights that need replacing. We will definitely be back.

Beachport Stay at Johns property

John was a really good host. He was easy to deal with and friendly. The place was clean and had a large games room downstairs and a lock up garage with remote which was handy for our dirt bikes. It was only a short walk to the beach and pub. John arranged for a firepit to be put in for us which was really nice.

Great place, under-sold

A great house which will comfortablly sleep a big group. Lots of room to spread out and a very short walk to the pub. Will stay again.

Great spot in the town of Beachport

Perfect location in the town and close to all facilities, with our group the house was perfect size with the down stairs game room a good spot for everyone to hang out. With a few cars and 2 boats we had there was more than enough room for everyone, will definetly be back to this spot.

Good spot

Fantastic spot. Not 5 star but very comfortable for our family of fishermen and families. Great spot close to all facilities food and retail. Definitely stay again

Ok but a few extra touches missing

This house is in a great location, 5 mins walk to the shops and foreshore. However, there were several missing touches that could take this place from basic to fantastic. The bed sheets were cheap, thin and worn, with no top sheet or mattress protectors. Quilts needed an upgrade, were of average quality and need to be one size bigger for the beds. The spare quilt we used was stained. The kitchen was missing items like oil, salt, dishwashing liquid and tea towels and the bathroom had no hand soap. Towels were not supplied (as listed on the ad) and we brought our own. Blinds were damaged in the bedroom and didn’t close properly letting in lots of light in the mornings. Communication with the host was minimal, with no email advising of access to the property. We had to message/phone when we got there and wait for a response to find out the code for the key box. This house was basic, but within our budget which we were pleased with. We had a great time anyway, lots of potential and with a bit more attention to detail this place could be beautiful.

Great location, could do with some TLC

Walking distance to everything, table tennis and second toilet with laundry downstairs which was good for extra space. Large yard and good parking. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 teens but 4th bed was a fold up and no bedding was provided. Tidy but would benefit from a good clean in kitchen, bathroom and a few things fixed/replaced/updated

Don't forget to pack EVERYTHING

Great location, walking distance to pub and beach. We had no issues other then the house not having any of the essentials e.g. oil, glad wrap. The BBQ is supplied however they do not top up the gas bottle and "leave it to the guests to refill the gas as they only supply the facilities". Gas bottle cost $50 to exchange down there so BYO...

Great place, great value, excellent location!

For a bunch of dirt bike riders this place was perfect. Plenty of space, access to large lockable garage, 2nd toilet and plenty of room to park cars and trailers! We'll be back in the future.

Excellent base for Beachport exploring

Great location, dated but clean, games room for kids, garage for storing stuff if you bring motorbikes etc This is the 2nd time we have stayed here.

Beach stay

Enjoy the space we had nice size games room BBQ in shed was very handy close to pub shops and beach. Room sizes was OK nice view from deck wished it went around the house.
