The formal dining room has comfortable seating for 8 and faces the ocean. The living room and sunroom also face the beautiful Nantucket Sound, and a flat screen TV with DVD player is provided in the sunroom. The outdoor living spaces include 2 patios and a terrific farmer's porch. The first patio is off the kitchen and is furnished with a picnic table and gas grill.
