Thank you so much for the wonderful 10/10 review and for continuing to choose Ariel Dunes for your stays! We truly appreciate loyal guests like you and are so happy to hear you’ve had consistently great experiences. It’s great to know you enjoyed the pools, short walk to the beach, on-site café, and the overall cleanliness of the property. We’re also glad your husband and son enjoyed the golf course—having those amenities right on property really does make it special. The maintenance team works hard to keep everything looking beautiful, and we love hearing that it shows. Thank you for choosing Skis and Seas Vacation Rentals. We look forward to welcoming your family back again for stay number four!

Hi Cassandra, Thank you for your review, we always appreciate feedback. We are glad you liked the remodeled condo and are sorry that all of the amenities weren't available during your stay. Unfortunately, the Covid19 severely impacted how travel and host guests. We tried to communicate all restrictions and limitations on service and again apologize that some of the amenities weren't available.

We are glad you enjoyed the view. We also reached out the morning after your arrival to make sure everything was meeting your expectations. You responded, "Everything is great!" and only asked about the trash. That check-in is specifically intended to give guests an opportunity to report any concerns while they are still staying in the condo so we can address them. Because none of these concerns were mentioned during your stay, we had no way of knowing there was an issue or the opportunity to correct it. Regarding the smoke, Ariel Dunes is a non-smoking building. Had you notified us while it was occurring, we would have immediately reported it to the HOA so they could investigate and address the violation. Unfortunately, concerns reported only after checkout cannot be resolved. We always encourage guests to let us know immediately if something is not meeting their expectations so we have the opportunity to make it right during their stay.

Thank you so much for the wonderful 10/10 review and for staying with us again! We truly appreciate our returning guests, and we’re so glad everything worked out perfectly for your last-minute booking. It’s great to hear the communication, easy check-in and check-out, and the condo met your expectations. Thank you as well for sharing the beautiful photos—we love seeing the space through our guests’ eyes! We’re happy the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys were a helpful bonus for families. Thank you for choosing Skis and Seas Vacation Rentals; we look forward to welcoming your family back again next year!

Thank you for your review, sorry that the bed wasn't comfortable to you. This sounds like something we need to address and your feedback is an important step and valuable to us so we can make the necessary improvements to the condo. We will let you know when we replace the bed.

Thank you for your review. The owner redid the floors last year and bought a new bed this year. They are constantly updating this unit. We welcome any suggestions!

Sorry the condo was not ready by 4pm. This is not the norm for us. Our housekeepers do their best to make sure every condo is clean before they move on to the next one, sometimes this requires a little extra time, especially, as in your case, the previous guest did not leave on time and was a little rough on the condo. This condo was remodeled in 2020 and looks just like the pictures.

The fire occurred over 10 floors up from our unit and our fire suppressant lines had already been previously inspected but unfortunately one last quick inspection was required that we were not made aware of or we would have definitely let you know. I do apologize about the 10 minute interruption and very happy to hear it was a GREAT trip!

We appreciate your feedback. Due to covid, we have taken out the comforters, shams etc, and replaced them with more basic blankets that get washed between every single guest. We provide a basic starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel and soap. The bed in the master is a brand new king memory foam mattress. You did call us when you checked in about a speck in the toilet and some sand in the floor and sent the housekeeper out right away.
