Fabulous house to book for a Family & girls weekend away. The house was amazing with great areas to be with everyone & then areas to have quiet time. The kitchen was fully equipped, living areas very comfortable along with the great sized bedrooms with bathrooms. Definitely book this house for your next weekend getaway! Hosts were great as well

Amazing family weekend

Great customer service, friendly staff, house was clean and ready for a family weekend nothing to do but relax and cook, clean linen and towels provided. Staff met me there on check in to show me around and asked if I have any questions Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend away

I stayed with my family at Zen for 3 nights everything was perfect w enjoyed swimming in the warm pool, the lake view was incredible with a fresh breeze, the house was full of everything needed, my kids enjoyed watching movies in the cinema, the host was so helpful and kind.I strongly recommend staying at Zen.

AS GOOD AS IT GETS

This property is sensational. Everything is so well considered from the layout and furnishings to the magnificent location and aspect, protected from southerly winds yet open to cooling sea breezes. So much shared space for our extended family to enjoy plus ample separate areas for individual privacy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Much needed relax

We had 8 family members and a dog. The setting was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Large enough for people to find a quiet part of the house to enjoy a book or a nap while still having great family areas for a meal, a game or a movie, all nicely wrapped around a stunning private pool and water views. It’s the sort of place you never want to leave.

Wonderful Wamberal on the Lake

We loved this property, and it was lovely being on the lake and being able to paddle board. It is well laid out and very private. It was the perfect holiday home, and the pool was a winner. Everyone voted it 11 out of 10 including the dogs. And we all appreciated the 12 noon check out. Thank you and Happy New Year. Ita

Amazing location, amazing accommodation.

What can I say about this place. This is an absolutely great place, located walking distance to the beach. Host Lindsay greeted us at entry which was a nice touch. The house is designed to allow for many guests and has been designed to entertain with a wonderful pool, movie room with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. We were respectful to neighbours and received no problems with our noise levels. The bins provided are also more than ample for a decent sized group. Highly recommended and would love to come back again.

Stunning family getaway venue!!

This home is simply wonderful - photos description met high expectations. Our group of families with young kids spent a hot summer weekend by the pool. It was so spacious, well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The heated pool was centerpiece highlight, and a supply of beach towels meant one less thing to pack. split system upper levels and ducted living areas came in handy on the warmer afternoons. We loved being able to Communication with hosts was great. Thoroughly recommend this home - we would love to stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Perfect for those sunny days as the pool is centred with the house wrapping around it so very private. All rooms and living spaces a good size. You do have to drive to amenities but not far really to get to restaurants in Terrigal. First time in the area and loved it. My only concern is if you had two families staying the noise restrictions would slightly hinder the stay as very conscious about not being loud outside and only playing music quietly inside. But overall great place to stay.

Photos do not do this house justice!

Stayed with family for a weekend away, house was incredible. The house looks better in person than in the photos, it is a dream with an incredible view. Only feedback would be on the noise restriction which was a bit limiting, we had children under 5 on the trip and it was challenging to manage their volume during the day. Also, doors on bathrooms in ensuites would have been ideal. Aside from that, we had an incredible time and the house is something else!

Lovely getaway!

Our group enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay at Zen and we would have definitely welcomed a longer stay. There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The pool was well situated to provide privacy and the temperature was well maintained. Although we didn’t use the movie room it’s a great addition to the property (noting the projector was not available for guest use). We had to contact the property manager for help with the oven which they were able to resolve for us quickly. Erina fair was a 10minute drive away with plenty of grocery options and other stores.

Magnificent start to 2021!

Our Queensland holiday was cancelled at the last minute due to the border closure and we were so fortunate to find such a comfortable and well appointed home to replace that which we had to forego. As the weather was unseasonably cold and wet, the comforts were important. The heated pool was enjoyed by the more adventurous family members. The Media Room was a sanctuary for some. The well-appointed kitchen was a delight to cook in. We could get so organised with two refrigerators and the huge walk-in-pantry. There are huge and multiple living spaces and so many beds! We used only the four bedrooms that had their own ensuites. It was the first year I didn’t have to use my own hangers from home. There were ample quality matching clothes hangers in the huge WIR. There is ample storage everywhere. The design of the home with all the water vistas, from the lake, to the pool, to the fish pond, made it a very relaxing space to inhabit. We just wish we could have stayed longer than a week.

First level was amazing from entry to pool, living, dining and balcony was a breath of fresh relaxing retreat, we were a group of mothers and daughter getaway and everyone enjoyed the stay girls loved the pool very private we mothers loved the inside outside sitting area by opening the sliding doors it was like living in the tree top with the cool breeze coming through and the beautiful view of the lake with pelicans and ducks followed by there ducklings at night we can hear the waves crashing so relaxing. we visited close beach 5min drive called Spoon Bay so nice to swim there recommend lots of space and airy, kitchen was great to cook in lots of room and equipment bedrooms were spacious and beautiful views down stair but no internet connection downstairs and so little at level 2, which was annoying had to go up to level 3, also the bedroom Ensuite don't have doors which wasn't private hygienic when some had to go to the loo, highly recommend doors put on them. Master bedroom bath outside was not a retreat at all it was dirty cobwebs around leaves and no view very out of place we did not use, cinema room was smelly needs deep cleaning as well as the pool with a band aid in it, overall beautiful home to enjoy and relax

Relaxing comfortable luxurious getaway

My family loved our stay. Lots of space, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and an amazing outlook. My favourite thing was the outdoor bath - looking up at the stars soaking in the tub.
