Lovely property, very comfortable & cosy. Check-in was no trouble . Kitchen was practical but could’ve done with a few more pantry staples I.e. salt & pepper , sauce etc etc as per other Stayz places we’ve stayed at . Very enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely holiday at this quaint house. Comfortable beds and everything we needed was provided. Within walking distance to the centre of Milton.

Easy check in and communication. Exceptionally clean. The house, decor and garden was lovely. We loved Milton and enjoyed exploring the surrounds. Not suitable for dogs though as the house is on a main road and the front gate was left open by someone visiting the tenant on site.

Charming and comfortable

This house exudes charm.It exceeded all expectations and was very comfortable and clean.It took us back to another gracious era and it’s interior and furnishings were so interesting and tasteful.Milton is a delightfully friendly town and is definitely recommended for a visit

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, homely, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for an easy, relaxing visit. We especially loved starting our mornings on the sun-drenched front porch, and our dog had the best time exploring the grounds.One thing to note for dog owners is that while the property is securely fenced around the perimeter, there isn’t a fence dividing it from the tenanted house at the back of the property. This meant we needed to supervise our dog closely to ensure she didn’t wander across. That said, we never saw anyone at the other property, and the garden in between provided nice screening, so we had complete privacy throughout our stay.The location is also fantastic—just a short stroll to charming shops, cafés, a bakery, pub, and the local IGA.

Such a beautiful cottage with so many special touches we didnt even go out on our first night.

So comfy it felt like a home away from home. A great location and sally was so good to deal with all the way through.

Perfect little cottage near everything

Can’t think of anything to improve this little gem. A cosy well equipped cottage within reach of great food, coffee and wine, a short drive to beaches yet the perfect venue for reading, games, cooking and staying in if the weather turns wet. Welcoming hosts have thought of everything.

My own professional journey has taken me from art curator, to bush regenerator with my partner Graham, as managers of Piccaninny Plains Wildlife Sanctuary in Cape York for a decade.
We are passionate about protecting Australia’s wild country and wildlife.
When we are busy managing country, our incredible team headed up by our unflappable manager of everything, Gail, keeps everything perfect for our guests.

Queen Bee Cottage is a vintage workers cottage revival in the historic precinct of Milton village - a taste of yesteryear infused with contemporary design. The Cottage a five minute walk to heart of Milton or four minute drive to Mollymook Beach - the perfect base to enjoy Milton restaurants, cafes, theatre and pub-scene music, farmers markets and more. The Cottage accommodates up to 4 guests in a Queen and Double room - you will have the whole cottage to yourselves where you can relax 'al-fresco' in the private Tuscan styled terrace overlooking the neighbouring 1872 sandstone gothic inspired church. AND you can bring you dog!

A secure dog agility facility is located just 500m away from the Cottage and includes a picturesque off leash paddock. Narrawallee Beach has extended off-leash hours with only limited hours where leash is required.
