Great stay

My family and I stayed at this property about a month ago. The home was clean and spacious with more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'll need to make your meals. Rooms are spaced out on three floors and washer/dryer was useful. Although we did not get to use, the garage had beach items/chairs so you don't have to worry about bringing these with you. Joy was very helpful and was there to meet me and show me around during check-in. We had a request after check-in; Joy responded and came back within 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend this property!

Awesome Stay

Our stay was amazing! The home and all the amenities were actually what was expected when we rented the place based on what we read. Joy was easy to communicate and provided helpful reminders to make our stay that much more enjoyable! I would highly recommend a stay at this location!

Nice House in a perfect location

Joy was fantastic and kept me reminded of all the important info like trash days, etc without being invasive. The house was nice with a few upgrades and the location couldn’t be better for families with kids of any age!

Beach weekend

We had a great stay at this house last weekend. There was a leak in one of the rooms upon arrival and the owner was very accommodating as was the property manager. The house was beautiful and a perfect location for a weekend at the beach! We would definitely stay again.

We arrived late at nite and it was easy to find. Clean and seemed to have everything we needed. I did leave early due to torrential rain and having teenagers. I felt I can do the movies or mall at home so I was bummed. No sunshine. Contacting owner and manager was a simple text. I’d stay again.

Nice Condo Great Location

We spent this past weekend at this condo. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with for basic questions about the property. It was nice that they had someone meet us the day of check-in to introduce us to the property and its amenities. Boardwalk is very close which was nice for meals and going for walks at night for ice cream. Will definitely be back

Amazing Family Vacation Experience

Joy’s house was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean, and a quick two block walk to the beach and fire works. We had an amazing time and found everything in the home to be in excellent working order. When we arrived we were met by both Joy and her property manager, and both explained the property to us, when garbage is taken away, and how parking works. Additionally, the prior visitors left a few items behind for our use (basic amenities, salt, pepper, water bottles). Joy was also kind enough to text us reminders on the day before trash take out was due, and to answer any questions we had immediately through text or phone. The entire experience was amazing and I would not hesitate to book with Joy again. Thanks for the incredible stay!

Wonderful, Large & Close to the Boards

The house was very spacious and light. Easy one block walk to the Boardwalk and amusements. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys in the garage. Able to see the Friday fireworks from the deck. The house was laid out with bedrooms and bath on three levels to allow three separate families to have their own space or our family to spend out without being on top of each other. All the bedrooms were large with a full and twin in each bedroom except on the main floor which had a full bed within it. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. Met the owners Joy and Gus who stopped by to see if we needed anything. Couldn't ask for more helpful, caring people! The area was very quite in the evenings making sleeping peaceful. Definitely would recommend the property.

Beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice!

Joy was an absolutely amazing host! She came by for a meet and greet with some goodies for us when we got there and was so kind and helpful. Her home was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice! The kitchen and living room area was enormous and the perfect size for our group!! I loved where it was located and how close to the boardwalk and beach it was. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone and would love to stay here again! Erika
