Small, but comfortable. Two flights of stairs from the parking location to the front door, so luggage and coolers were a little effort. Close to everything.

Very comfortable place to stay

My husband and I brought our son and daughter-in-law to Colorado for a week. We we were very comfortable here. Everything we needed was provided. Location was close to restaurants and activities. We are thinking about making a return visit already!

We hope you like stairs.

For a condo it was typical, nothing exciting. I suggest the owners clearly state the amount of stairs you must trek up to reach the condo and HOW INCREDIBLY STEEP THE ARE!

Beautiful townhouse

Lovely townhouse. Very clean. Well equipped with cooking utensils. Very clean and had towels for everyone. Lovely decor. Feels Very homey. Awesome coffee maker 😊 huge rooms. Cozy living room and great stuff to watch on tv. Easy to wash towels once done. Love the garage for the vehicle. A lot of stairs but we enjoyed those too. Love the huge closets and extra blankets if needed. Couldn't ask for a better stay. We loved it ❤❤ 10/10

Nice place, fantastic views. Had a lot of items available for use, more than the usual places and this was appreciated. Guest bed comforter had a weird stain on it so we didn’t use it. The master bed was not comfortable at all, but that’s a personal preference and shouldn’t change your mind when booking. The host was very understanding about a medical condition and was able to adjust the AC for us to a lower temp. Huge TV to watch, fantastic view, roomy for a condo, nice fluffy towels, they even had robes for your use! It’s was a great property and a steal for the price. It’s in a great area, where the traffic is minimal and the downtown area by the river walk is only a 5 minute drive. Walmart and many restaurant choice are right there and there are several restaurants in walking distance. I would be happy to book again.

Amazing Condo

This condo was just amazing. My husband and I are older, he's 70 and I'm 69. This did have a lot of stairs to get to it but it's not every day that you get to have dinner on a deck and have a gorgeous view of the mountains. We absolutely loved our stay here. One evening we invited my cousin and her husband for dinner and we enjoyed it outside on the deck. Amazing! Everything was so clean and it smells so nice. The bed was comfortable and we slept well through the night. Parking was a nice addition. You can park in the garage but we were totally happy just being under the carport area. Wi-fi was available and worked wonderfully. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would recommend this place to just about anyone. Loved it!

Enjoyed the property for the 2nd year in a row. Walking distance to most places we wanted to eat at. Good base to start daily trips to various trails.

PAGOSA TRIP JULY 2022

THIS property is very outdated, carpet really needs to be replaced! Not much has been done to this property since the 80s? ALSO having to lug bags up 3 flights of stairs was an unpleasant surprise. Overall this condo needs to be updated severely..

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. My only negative comment was that we were a little cold in the evenings as we were not able to turn the heat up past 69. I understand that you don't want a huge heating bill, but if we were able to turn the heat up a couple more degrees or if there were a blower on the fireplace, we may have been a little more comfortable. Thank you!

This cozy little condo is in a great location just outside of Pagosa Springs. Clean and comfortable!

The deck offers great mountain views! It is well stocked and feels like a home away from home.

Nice place. Carpet a little worn but clean and had everything you could want regarding kitchen etc. TV a little finicky but we got it to work eventually.

Great break

Ideal location, out of the main drag of town. Easy access to Golf, good course. Lovely Italian restaurant within walking distance. Thought it was spacious and well equipped, recommend for family of four or for two couples looking to holiday in the area.

This condo was the perfect spot for our Pagosa trip. We were just a few minutes from downtown while still being surrounded by a ton of great restaurants in our immediate area. The condo was immaculately clean and had every gadget you could need. The booking process with Evolve was seamless. 10/10 would absolutely visit again!

Pagosa Springs Stay.

Everything was as advertised. Spacious place in a great location. Amazing views from the patio. I do wish the check-out time was a little later than 10 AM, but overall I would highly recommend this place.
